Easy to use and always making updates that better serve the customers needs. I love how it makes me as a small owner run like a big company. Because of workiz, I can record my calls, track my profits and lets customers book online with me ever picking up a call.

Can be a potentially good program to schedule jobs
Can be a potentially good program as they are very attentive when you sign up, however, I have emailed them many times over the last 60+ days to cancel my account and to credit me, yet they still keep my account open and charging me monthly.
Poor support.

Overall a good service. occasional glitches but inevitably well received by our clients and staff.
Of course the glitches very likely are from user error more often than software error.
I hear appreciative comments daily from the client's about how nice it is to get the emails and or SMS texts concerning the upcoming appointments.In addition to the Message board which helps to simplify the client's interaction electronically with our company.

They seem to dial everything in then change things all of a sudden with no notice. It's terribly frustrating and they don't care that whatever they changed worked for you, they always have an excuse of why they changed it or they say not enough people are using that feauture.

I like workiz a lot. I didn't like that they went up on price a lot. I hope that if they keep putting up dates in the app they don't mess it up. Because as right now is really good. Except for price

Workiz makes scheduling easier. Rouge calls have decreased but still recieve them. Almost 300 phone numbers blocked because of the rouge calls

i love the service except a few changes need to be made. one of the biggest changes would be being able to change a clients monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly service dates without having to delete all the services and start over

Workiz gets a 5 out of 5 from me. I use it for two different companies. I have tried other softwares and have always found that Workiz is the go-to software for my contractor services. Its simple to use, easy to teach to new employees and powerful enough to quickly and effortlessly generate management reports.

Great potential
Great potential, unfortunately we have an issue weekly, needs to work out some bugs. Excellent and responsive customer service, but the actual tech support typically takes 3 weeks or more to get back to you. I know this is still in the process of a major overhaul, I am excited to see where it ends up.
