Poor Customer service
I ordered a pair of mascot midsole protection s3s Esd Composite toe cap safety boots f1502-909 footwear accelerate and they e-mailed me on July the 25th to say that it would take a week to arrive. Not only have I not had the items but the way you track your order doesn't work correctly on the third party site you have to use to find out where they are so I have no clue where my boots are, when they will actually be arriving or if I should seek a refund which is likely what I will do when the boots arrive now anyway as I am extremely unhappy with this poor customer service.

We’re sorry you’ve been left unsure about where your boots are. We completely understand how frustrating that is, particularly when you need them for work.
To explain what happened, we stock more than 10,000 different products across several warehouses, including one in the EU, as it simply isn’t possible to keep every item in one location. Your boots therefore needed to be transferred to our main dispatch centre in the UK before being sent to you.
We emailed you shortly after your order was placed to explain this and advised that the transfer would normally take around a week, giving you the opportunity to decide whether you were happy to wait.
Unfortunately, this transfer was held up for a couple of days while passing through customs. Customs can occasionally be a law unto themselves, although delays like this are not the norm, and we’re sorry that the original estimate was missed.
We have tried to reach you several times by telephone and have also emailed, but unfortunately we haven’t heard back. It may be worth checking your spam or junk folder in case our messages have been filtered, as we would have been very happy to provide an update or discuss the available options with you.
The tracking information you saw in the Shop app was not live courier tracking. Shop is an optional service provided by our payment processor, and its automated information can sometimes be unclear while an order is awaiting dispatch. Once an order leaves our UK dispatch centre, we always email the courier’s live tracking details directly. This is the tracking we recommend customers use to follow their parcels all the way to the door.
We’ve now checked the courier tracking and can see that your parcel was delivered a couple of days ago. We hope your boots arrived safely and that everything was resolved to your satisfaction, but please reply to one of our emails or contact our team if you need any further assistance.

Blaklader stretch shorts
I bought the Blaklader stretch shorts and am well pleased with the service and the product. Great quality and feel plus a lifetime guarantee on the stitching. I would say that they are quite tight fitting so I’d recommend going one size up from your normal size.

the team at workwear gurus have been amazing. very sort notice for new uniform in HH for some filming for CH4. arrived 3 days before filming when no one else could compete with this turn around highly recommend

Bought a pair of blaklader work…
Bought a pair of blaklader work trousers, not got them in stock so had to ship in from Europe, received after 2 weeks, just not good enough, you sell items you don't even stock. I'll not be coming back here again, complete and utter waste of time

Just to give a little context, shortly after your order was placed, we got in touch to let you know that the trousers needed to be transferred in from our European warehouse before dispatch and that we expected them to arrive within 7 days. As we offer tens of thousands of workwear items across different brands, sizes and colours, it isn’t always possible to hold every single item in one location at all times. Sometimes stock does need to move between warehouses before dispatch, but when that happens, our aim is always to communicate clearly and keep customers in control of their order.
You then kindly replied to confirm you had seen that update, and we also let you know that if for any reason the timeframe didn’t work for you, we’d be happy to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We completely understand that when you order workwear, you often need it for a specific job or deadline, so any wait can be frustrating. That’s why we try to be upfront as early as possible whenever an item needs to be transferred in, giving customers the choice to wait or cancel depending on what works best for them.
We’re sorry again that this order wasn’t as smooth as we’d both have liked, and we do appreciate you giving us the opportunity to explain.
