World of Roses started growing roses in Bedfordshire in the 1960's. The family run business was started by Paul Chessum initially producing roses in his parents back garden. Over the years, the business has evolved and expanded to become one of the largest growers in the UK and Europe and is now in its third generation in the family. Ordering was straightforward, communication about delivery was good and the rose delivered looked in excellent health. Now planted and happy, thankyou very much!

Lovely healthy rose arrived in good time as it was a gift. I chose the gift wrapping which was a nice finishing touch. Would definitely recommend
No problem with the roses but it was unfortunate that the link between customer service and despatch is poor. I had accidentally ordered the wrong rose and immediately realised and messaged them. The request to swap was acknowledged by the customer service team the same day and passed to the despatch team but by the time they responded to the request it was too late for them to action.
It would be good to consider how to reduce the timescales and ensure customer queries can be actioned more swiftly when they have been received.
Thank you for fulfilling the original order which arrived on time and with good communication about it's whereabouts once despatched.

Thankfully I spoke to a different customer service representative who I can not praise enough. Once I explained my issue, the rose was a wedding gift needed in two days. Your representative was able to arrange a replacement rose to be delivered the following day with no further cost to myself. Turning a very bad experience with yourselves into a positive result.
I suggest customers are kept informed if there has been an issue with their order.

I am Very disappointed with this company.
I ordered a rose for a friend & she followed all the instructions when planting & watering but it has died. I also ordered 4 patio roses & they have also died. I have emailed but have yet to receive a reply. I would not use this Company.
