World of Roses started growing roses in Bedfordshire in the 1960's. The family run business was started by Paul Chessum initially producing roses in his parents back garden. Over the years, the business has evolved and expanded to become one of the largest growers in the UK and Europe and is now in its third generation in the family. We are specialist suppliers and growers of premium quality British roses, supplying garden centres and our own online store. We have recently expanded our product range to offer beautiful gifts to cater for all occasions.

Ordered 2 roses, one with a personalised name as it was a first wedding anniversary gift. It was sent without the name, this was posted later but it was too late as it lost the surprise as an anniversary gift.

This was needed for a specific date. I paid for guaranteed date delivery but was told the day before that it was out of stock, so therefore it did not arrive in time. The promised postage refund never arrived.

Lovely plant but with suckers
Great service lovely plant arrived with 2 suckers on it. Luckily the person who received it knows how to deal with them. They shouldn’t have been sent with them on.

Excellent service, beautiful product
Excellent service. I paid to have my rose gift wrapped and it was beautifully wrapped. It was a gift for my son and son-in-law for their second wedding anniversary and they were delighted with it. The rose looked really healthy and substantial although it didn't have any flowers on it but that will be down to the time of year. I paid extra to have a named delivery day and it arrived as promised on that day. Overall, very happy with the service and the beautiful rose and I would highly recommend this company.

Birthday gift
The rose i ordered although didn't deliver the day I asked for but day late arrived with a lovely looking rose. Very well presented id brought it as a gift the person I brought it for absolutely loves it. Would order from them again . Already flowered looks beautiful.

The box the rose came in was battered and no certificate to say the name we chose for the rose just a tatty piece of paper the greeting was so tiny and not stuck on straight very dissapointing
