World of Roses started growing roses in Bedfordshire in the 1960's. The family run business was started by Paul Chessum initially producing roses in his parents back garden. Over the years, the business has evolved and expanded to become one of the largest growers in the UK and Europe and is now in its third generation in the family. We are specialist suppliers and growers of premium quality British roses, supplying garden centres and our own online store. We have recently expanded our product range to offer beautiful gifts to cater for all occasions.

Cannot praise the service that I received enough, my rose arrived a day earlier than expected, but, received an update giving me a time slot and the name of the driver.
The rose itself was a really good size, very healthy with loads of new growth on it.
Would definitely order again.

Well packaged delivery
Well packaged delivery. Ordering was easy. Bought this rose bust in remembrance or my beautiful little dog who we lost. The roses that have come from the bush is amazing in such a small space of time. I’ll use world of roses again.

Utterly dreadful delivery
Utterly dreadful delivery. Ordered a present for my mum. Still hasnt been delivered over a week after placing the otder.
Clearly an automated AI respose to customer service unless ‘Tom’ works 24/7.
Will not be using again or recommending to anyone else. Good money down the drain. Dreadful.

We are truly sorry to hear about the dreadful delivery experience you've had, especially since this was a gift for your mum. We understand your frustration and disappointment with the delay and the customer service interaction.
Please note your order was placed with standard delivery [3-5 working days]. The order was placed late afternoon on the 1st of September and was despatched on the 2nd of September. It should have arrived by the 4th of September but it appears there is a delay in transit. We can see you emailed last night at 11:33pm and your email is assigned to a human agent who will get back to you shortly.

Company delivering were 4 days late and…
Company delivering were 4 days late and threw the rose over the gate so the rose was not happy. Should have been delivered 29.08.26 and came eventually 02.09.26

Delivery service not up to required standard
Order was quickly delivered but the package was damaged and one of the rose was laying on the ground on its side. We were not at home as we received an email less than an hour before the package was delivered

Order Processing and Quality of Plants
Order processing was efficient. Rose plants were smaller in size than I expected though they were in healthy condition. They started to bloom two weeks after I planted in large pots as I am still concerned that due to their sizes, they are not ready to be planted in ground. Hope they’ll continue to thrive for the rest of the season and many years to come

Lovely Roses
Ordering was easy and quick.The roses were in a lovely condition when the arrived. They look really healthy. From email stating they had been dispatched to them arriving was less than a day and a half.
The courier service was also great, handled the roses with care. No spillage fron the roses inside the box. Will definetly use again.

I found it annoying that the delivery…
I found it annoying that the delivery company kept contacting me to ask whether I would be in when the parcel arrived, etc. The rose was ordered as a surprise gift for friends and sent to their address not mine and this should surely have been made known to them!
