Excellent product, great quality. Arrived very quickly. Edging now in situ and looking fab! Very satisfied customer.

I needed to add a safety barrier along the edge of my newly constructed patio.
I discovered Woven Wood after many searches for safety rails, wooden and stone troughs and planters.
Initially, I purchased five planters and the led lights to attach to the edges of the planters. After much discussion and thought on the colours,heights and shapes, I decided to buy the textured black and silver planters with liners.
Delivery of the planters was approximately three days.
They were wrapped with foam, inside a plastic bag and encased in a sturdy cardboard box.
I recently added another three planters and extra led lights for climbing plants to hide a neighbours worn wooden fence.
These planters are solidly constructed and the Zinc galvanised coating is extremely durable.
It was an expensive addition to my garden but you get what you pay for and I am extremely happy with my purchases.
I would have added photos if it was possible.

Fast Delivery and Edging is just amazing and easy to use. Have it all over my garden now. Will definitely be ordering more.

Used this company before so knew the quality was good

Bought a barrel water butt, plus pond kit and solar light.

Barrel and stand dumped on path of my house in middle of city by couriers who came unannounced and were heading off as I came out, leaving me to move a 56 kg barrel up steps unassisted as no warnings of delivery.

Barrel water butt looked shabby (I expected old, used and weathered but not completely knackered and unfit for purpose) and was missing liner and tap - so basically an old barrel

- and an old barrel in very poor condition - wood had shrunk so 3 barrel rings had dropped off prior to delivery - so no strength in the structure to support a full barrel of water. In two places the wood was broken off so without a strong liner it would leak instantly.

Advised to soak the barrel for a week so it would swell and told the rings would then stay on and water would not leak.

Willing to try, I asked repeatedly how to soak a barrel that leaks as soon as water enters - question ignored every time, never answered. Hosed it down a number of times but that of course inadequate to swell the wood.

When the liner and tap arrived they were a flimsy plastic bag - I mean, really flimsy I could have poked my finger through it - and a very ugly tap (available on Amazon for £6).

Replacement barrel sent without fuss so disposed of first (not easy) - exactly the same problems with the next, rings missing, substantial gaps, no structural strength, left on path, no notice of delivery etc etc.

Told courier would collect second barrel and I'd get a refund. Clear time slot arranged. Courier never showed up. Refund eventually agreed and issued. Courier contacted me 5 days after was supposed to collect to arrange collection, by which time second barrel disposed of.

Small pond plant kit arrived - lily stated "large". Told by Woven Wood that it was "fine for a small pond" while label clearly stated it was for a large pond. At my insistence I was refunded for the lily - which promptly died after being placed in pond in strict adherence to instructions. Other plants condition was good enough and they are doing ok-ish.

Massive amount of time wasted. I can't recommend this item or the the company.

Customer service was polite in terms of tone, inadequate in terms of efficiency and positively insulting in terms of repeatedly ignoring questions and key points.

Seemed to me the barrels were pretty much without value, let alone nearly £200 each.

I'll not name customer service individuals publicly, I suspect they knew they were trying to justify the sending of useless poor quality items. The person I dealt with most was not up to managing the customer interface satisfactorily.

Unfortunately although this company have fantastic products, the hazel hurdles I received are great, they were unable to fulfil the whole order. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, via phone and email, with regard to the missing posts required to complete my fencing, I have had no response and now hoping that they will refund the missing items. Purchase from this company with caution.

My order (a compost bin) was delivered quickly. It is good quality and the planks slotted together easily.

This was my first time ordering from Woven wood, the order process was simple, and the items were shipped via courier without any issues. I would have no problem recommending Woven Wood.

Good communication throughout

Very bad company. Items failed to deliver and no refund issued or replacement. My emails have been ignored and no one answers the phone. Impossible to get through to anyone. They have literally taken my money- and now I’m at a loss. Service agents MEGAN AND HAZEL which I assume are bots or scammers have refused to answer my persistent emails regarding my order. DO NOT purchase from the company complete and utter scam!!!! I have all the proof.

Very quick delivery, item compost bin went together very easily with directions sent to my email to assemble.

I’m really pleased with my purchase. The ordering process was straightforward and hassle-free, which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The planters themselves look fantastic—very high quality and well-made, with a sturdy feel that suggests they’ll last well over time.
I also chose to buy them with the liners, and I’m glad I did. The liners are excellent quality, made from a thick, durable fabric that feels robust and reliable. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend these planters to others.

Fast delivery and a strong quality product. Needed some garden edging as we were laying a new lawn, the ground wasn't very good so the edging needed to be strong, a good height and decent length. Looked at some length at what was available through eBay and amazon and settled on Woven wood as the price was very competitive and liked the strength provided by galvanised metal. It's nice to be proven right. Excellent product just needed to lay out flat to remove some of the curl due to being tightly rolled for transit.

Purchased bamboo screening and two planters. Very pleased with products, first class service would recommend.

Ordered 2 panels only 1 delivered.
After 2 emails and a phone call 3 days later nothing had been done.
Customer service had done nothing.
Very poor response and service, would not recommend.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered this product mid-April. Despite paying £7.99 for delivery in 1-2 days I still hadn’t received the order or any communication from the business as to where my order was a week later.

When I reached out to customer services saying my order hadn’t been delivered and there had been no communication, they told me I was wrong and the order had already been delivered. At which point they sent me a tracking link for an order that was delivered to a different town.

At this point I was hoping for proactive efforts from the company to sort the situation and get my order delivered to me asap. And yet, I heard nothing from them and even when I proactively chased them my emails were regularly ignored.

When I did eventually hear back a second time, I was again told I was wrong and the order had been delivered - but again the delivery confirmation shared was for an order delivered to a different town on the other side of the country.

At this point I requested a cancellation and full refund and received a reply informing me I would receive a full refund within 2-5 working days. Instead the refund took 2 full weeks to arrive in my account.

Overall the customer service was terrible and I would advise caution to anyone thinking of purchasing products from this company.

Edit: the managing director reached out to me directly after I left this review, apologising for the company’s performance with this order and offering a reasonable voucher for any future purchase. Hopefully this indicates that my experience was a blip rather than standard practice, so I’ve increased the score to 3 stars off the back of this.

Excellent product arrived promptly. Easy to install and makes an impact in the garden.

2 x 2m Wooden Planter purchased a few weeks ago. Seemed very sturdy but over the last week, I’ve noticed they are coming apart so will have to put extra screws. 3rd one arrived today and they have changed the base. It was previously about an inch thick and equally strong as the rest. Now it’s so flimsy and maybe 1/4 inch thick. Base hasn’t been treated and I’m not confident it will hold the weight of 320L soil or be strong enough to not rot away. Customer service offered me a refund if I return it at my own cost!! They did confirm 25 yr guarantee as I purchased the liner from them, so I will wait and see.. I wouldn’t buy another and the picture on the website of an upturned planter showing the base is of the previous type and not of what I received today. Wouldn’t buy another one…

Very happy with the product quality and the prompt delivery.

Waiting for a particular order, and was told by their customer service team that it would come in stock on a specific date and even signed up for text alerts. Got an alert it was in stock, so I placed the order the same day. The website showed the item clearly in stock. When the order confirmation came through, it said it was a pre-order, despite showing online as in stock. I have called and now I'm told I can't be given an exact delivery date yet as the item is being shipped from the Ukraine. I am told it might arrive in their depot by the end of May, but they can't give me a delivery date. Joy - just the experience I love to have when spending £100s of pounds with a 'supplier'. Poor website and communication, and customer service as nothing is being offered for this inconvenience. If the item doesn't arrive by the 1st week of June (making it one month since ordering), I will cancel and request a full refund.
