My order has been stuck in the…
My order has been stuck in the courier's facility in Thatcham since 3.26pm on Tuesday 26th May with the message 'Scan at collection depot.' What does Woven Wood have to say - "I’ve now chased this with the courier for order #XXXXXXX. As your order has been moving through the courier network, we’re now waiting for their update and I’ll keep this under review." This was written 5 days after the parcel showed as being stuck in Thatcham. It's not moving anywhere! I asked for a cancellation and recieved the same response. They are simply not interested. They haven't chased this up with the courier and will not refund me.

Sorted issue after review
I ordered something but realised shortly after the company were out of stock and the order had amended to short fencing.
I emailed the company to inform them and noted they would request cancellation.
A week later, no update on this or a refund and order not delivered so it's clearly cancelled.
Update - 1st June 26.
Following the above review the manager has now rectified the request for refund promptly. Thank you for sorting the issue.

In April 2026 I bought 2 x 200L wooden…
In April 2026 I bought 2 x 200L wooden barrels from this website which had been converted to use as water butts. The principle is great. They are attractive and will look great once they are up and running. However, there has been a catalogue of issues which has meant that we are now at the end of May and they are still not in use. First of all not all the parts were sent with the barrels. Taps, lids and liners were not included. I tried the phone line but was cut off after holding for a long time. I emailed. The parts were sent. Then we started the process of putting everything together when we noticed that one of the rustic hoops that holds the wood slats together was missing on one of the barrels. Same process. Phonelines did not work. Emailed. New hoop sent. Didn't arrive. More emailing. Apparently the metal hoop was lost in transit. Second delivery arrived but now I had to wait for handyman I had booked to install the barrels to be available to set everything up in the garden. He arrived yesterday only to find that the hoops sent by woven wood (all 6 of them) did not fit over the barrel. I tried ringing again yesterday. The same experience as all the previous times before. I was kept on hold for ages and then the recorded message tells you they are too busy to take your call and I was unceremoniously cut off. So I tried the chat bot asking for someone to call me back. No one has. So this is my last attempt. I need to actually speak to someone to properly resolve this issue. I am not prepared to keep emailing and to keep having problems. I would like to sort this out asap. After spending over £400 for these two products I think the post sales service has not been worthy of anything above 1 star. Please contact me so that I can revise this review. But currently I would suggest people do not buy from this store

Be very careful with your purchase as they are trying to mislead buyers. I bought 2 x 1 set/ 5pcs corten edging only to be surprised when 2 single pieces turned up. I have taken advice as they are completely unwilling to help and I will be going to the ASA website and uploading the info they sent me and I will be reporting them to trading standards. Awful company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

In this case, your order was processed correctly according to the “Single Piece” option selected during checkout.

Beyond Poor
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the Woven Hazel Hurdle Lawn Edging. The quality was awful. One box of edging arrived completly in bits. The second box of edging was marginally better, although there were still parts which were not fixed together, and the fixings are adhoc tacks. The customer service was extremely poor, with no updates provided despite promises on daily calls chasing my order. A request to raise a complaint was denied and then ignored, despite phone calls, an email to the MD and a letter posted to the Director listed for the company at Companies House.

A nice looking planter. A couple negatives are that it arrived with a small outward looking dent and a small area of the finished paint was missing/ flaked off on the top corner

Planters as a wall
I needed to add a safety barrier along the edge of my newly constructed patio.
I discovered Woven Wood after many searches for safety rails, wooden and stone troughs and planters.
Initially, I purchased five planters and the led lights to attach to the edges of the planters. After much discussion and thought on the colours,heights and shapes, I decided to buy the textured black and silver planters with liners.
Delivery of the planters was approximately three days.
They were wrapped with foam, inside a plastic bag and encased in a sturdy cardboard box.
I recently added another three planters and extra led lights for climbing plants to hide a neighbours worn wooden fence.
These planters are solidly constructed and the Zinc galvanised coating is extremely durable.
It was an expensive addition to my garden but you get what you pay for and I am extremely happy with my purchases.
I would have added photos if it was possible.
