My first time ordering from Woven Wood. I ordered the 50cm corten steel cube with liner and am really pleased with my purchase. The assembly was straight forward and the result is exactly what I hoped for when looking to upgrade and repot my bay tree.

Untrustworthy and unavailable
Placed a sizeable order for planters. Was misled on pricing over the phone, leaving me out of pocket. When I called to flag no one in a leadership role would take the call. Utterly untrustworthy. Issue remains unresolved

Very good experience with Woven Wood. I had to wait a little while the items I wanted came back in to stock but was informed as soon as they did. The items were sent very quickly once purchased and tracking was given. Overall great company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or shop there again.

Awful
Awful! Pond doesn't look like the picture at all, my plants arrived but the pond didn't. I had to email for them to tell me the pond i ordered was out of stock, i chose another and that too was out of stock. After the third time i had two to choose from which were not what i wanted, also all of their ponds still show as in stock on the website. The solar powered fountains are awful and barely work, so a complete rip off all round. I would not recommend at all!

Received the pond and plants a week…
Received the pond and plants a week ago. The delivery took longer than expected. Although the "pond" looks lovely, I was expecting something a bit more sturdy. The plants are all healthy.
I ordered a solar powered fountain, which came separately- I should not have bothered. It only worked in full sunlight and lasted for two days. It is ready for the bin.
Although it looks nice, I am disappointed and think it is definitely overpriced. I would not buy from the company again.

Struggles with problems
This is a company which survives because the majority of transactions are relatively straightforward so the majority of its customers are happy.
When things go wrong, it seems incapable of dealing with them.
I ordered some hurdles on the 22nd of May.
I rang customer service on 1st June as I had heard nothing regarding shipping or delivery dates. I was informed that I item was missing as it was due back in stock later in the week, but that the rest of my order was to be collected for delivery that same day. I queried this but was given absolute assurance that this was the case.
On the 4th of June I had still heard nothing and rang again.
I spoke to someone in customer services who said they couldn’t understand what had happened or actually tell me if my items had been shipped or were still in the warehouse. She said she would have to walk over to the warehouse to find out! She said that she couldn’t ring me back but assured me that she would email me to let me know.
It is now the 5th of June and I have had no email.
It certainly looks as if I will have to contact my bank to recover my monies.
To avoid that hopeless generic response this company gives to these reviews I’m happy to provide my order number, WW88950.

Non-receipt of goods
The compost bin I ordered was confirmed as lost in transit by this company 6 days after I had sent several emails chasing the order. 10 days later they still have my money & have failed to respond to my emails requesting confirmation that a new item has been sent.
I would like to add, that after an initial poor experience, this company's response has been exceptionally good & I woukd definitely order from them again

Excellent Bamboo Screening
Ordered the jumbo premium black bamboo screening and am really pleased with it. A really substantial product and I think good value considering the size and quality. Now looking to order more for other areas of the garden.

Excellent service
Delivery was amazingly fast, with products well packed. I have ordered various zinc planters on 3 separate occasions and have always had very positive experience. Planters look exceptional now they are planted up, but oh my gosh are they heavy, so make sure they are in final position before you fill. Only small negative is, I wish all options of planters were always in stock and that there were liners for all planters.
