Just what I was looking for
Just what I was looking for.
I’ve been reconstructing my garden and needed some edging that a) wasn’t plastic, b) could bend around curves, and c) was reasonably priced.
I found these at B&Q originally but they didn’t have the size I needed so found Woven Wood and went direct.
Really lovely looking rusted edging. Easy to put together. Fair price.
I’d been looking for ages for something that would fit the bill and couldn’t find any better solution.

Galvanised containers.
I have ordered twice now from this company and the service has been quick and the galvanised containers have been packaged well and in perfect condition. Some of the pots stayed outside all last winter and still look as good as new. Would recommend this company.

Great quality products
Its always nice to be surprised by an internet purchase and this time I was. The quality, colour and design of the zinc planters was very good and better than expected, delivery instructions were very clear and timing was good. I would have given a 5 stars but 2 of the units had damage from transit - dents in the metal, this may have been the courier company's fault.

Corten lookalike!
Delivered quickly and product looked exactly as described on yr website and good value, too. My only quibble is that there were no installation instructions, either in package or on website; it was obvious how to erect it but my landscapers had difficulty getting it to stay in place. I think the connecting parts shld have an extra facility to lock it into place.

Great smaller compost bin
I didn't want a huge open compost bin for my allotment - so chose this one. Perfect! Easy to put together, perfect size, arrived promptly. Thinking about a second one to start the composting cycle now! I much prefer proper wooden composters to plastic bins! Thank you!

Non delivery of goods paid for.
I placed order WW90704 on the 31.05.26, a part delivery was made on 04.06.2026, I contacted Woven Wood the same day to inform them I was missing 1 of the panels I had paid for. I had a reply from Hazel informing me that she had raised the issue with the courier as an urgent partial delivery issue. The item was never found so a 2nd replacement was dispatched using the same courier on the 09.06.26, this never arrived either, so a 3rd replacement was sent, and again using the same courier. Now at the 22.06.2026 I have still not had my order fulfilled. It has delayed a landscaping project, causing me extra costs to have to get the contractor back out. I have repeatedly asked Yvonne whom I have been in weekly contact with for their complaints procedure but my requests are always ignored. I have asked for this to be escalated to management and again this has been ignored. The customer experience has been appalling, how can a virtually 2m bamboo panel keep getting lost, and after 3 attempts why would continue to use the same courier who quite clearly can’t do the job correctly. Or my other thought is, are you even sending the product when you tell me you are! Very disappointing.

Fast delivery. Product as described. Easy to build, Would have liked base to have drain holes. Liner good quality. Overall good experience.
Tip. The woodscrews are long so a good quality power screwdriver with correct bit will ease assembly considerably

Great quality, let down by delivery and customer service
edit: I have amended my review to reflect that I have received all items in my order
I am really happy with the quality and style of the round bamboo panels. The black bamboo finish looks great and feels like a high-quality product. However, I was disappointed with the service provided by DX Logistics, who managed to lose part of my original order and then the first replacement. From start to finish, it took approximately one month to receive my complete order.
The customer service from Woven Wood was also disappointing, as I had to contact them multiple times myself for delivery updates rather than being proactively kept informed.

Absolute worst ever customer service as…
Absolute worst ever customer service as you can't get through to a human, and if you do they don't do what they say.
Absolute joke. An item of mine has been misdelivered to Slough.I live in Surrey. I contacted them about that and the email "person" said they'll look into it and escay it to their supervisor. There was an update email a few days later that they are still looking into it, but no reply to my answer to that one. A week after the misdelivery I asked for another update and finally realised that I've been writing with a software for a week that hasn't notified the actual team. So I called and the person on the phone had NO IDEA that my order had been misdelivered but apologised for it and said they'll resend it. Now it's a week later. The live chatbot also doesn't work and says the phone lines work until 5.30pm. I called and they are closed. Writing emails is pointless because it's just a software that doesn't pass anything on. Ridiculous.

Orange Stained Stock and Ignored Complaint
Specifically reassured I would not receive orange stock, received orange stock anyway.
I contacted customer service multiple times before ordering because many customer reviews showed orange-coloured planters instead of the natural pine shown online.
They acknowledged the issue, said they had changed supplier, confirmed new stock would match the website photos, and assured me they would ensure my order was natural pine.
After ordering, the first delivery was apparently lost. I received no update and had to call myself to find out what was happening and when replacement stock would be sent.
When the order finally arrived, the planters were dark orange stained and appeared unlike the natural pine colour discussed before purchase.
I emailed immediately with photos and have received no response.
Buyers who are concerned about receiving orange stock should be aware that reassurance before purchase did not prevent this in my case.
