I am so pleased with the rust planter, it arrived so quickly, it did take me an hour to put up as the instructions aren’t great but I managed it on my own and I will definitely order again.

The 60cm x 60cm liner
The 60cm x 60cm liner, to go in a large garden container for a small tree, seems robust and good quality (I haven’t potted it up yet!) and it fits inside the pot exactly. The 2 handles on the sides should help if the tree needs to be moved out of the pot for any reason.
The delivery service was trackable and arrived on time.

I placed my order on 15 June order …
I placed my order on 15 June order #WW92938.
4 CAPPED Hazel fencing 6x5 ft, my order arrived 4 days later as expected but was sent NON CAPPED.
We reordered again on 30 June for delivery 6th July, today, and again we received NON CAPPED.
I have tried to speak to Woven Wood, usually Megan answers my calls, however there was no reply, having waited 45 mins. I have booked someone to fit the fencing for Wednesday and want to speak urgently about this. I will try again tomorrow first thing but clearly someone hasn’t done there job right, the special note written by Megan on the order clearly says CAPPED.
As a company with on the whole good reviews, which is the reason I bought from yourselves, please put this right ASAP. I would love to write a positive review following this.

Poor quality packaging leads to transit damage
3rd order I have placed with Woven Wood, who trade as several different names.
1st order - roughly £700 worth of Corton planters, excellent.
2nd order - a single over £350 planter, arrived with no fixing kit - discovered after I had opened the boxes. Over a month going back and forth with Customer Services, eventually calling up and asking to speak to the CEO (whose name I got from companies house) finally got someone to send me the kit. Turns out the Customer service had requested the kits be sent, but the warehouse hadnt processed them. I had to call up the delivery companies they had booked with to find out that the delivery companies had gone to collect but they werent available for collection.
3rd order - should have learnt my lesson, but I was after a specific planter and Woven Wood had it. Ordered it, unboxed it, and it has a massive dent in the gloss black corner. Unfortunately I needed the planter as I needed to get a plant planted which was struggling in its pot and didn't fancy the back and forth for weeks and weeks to get it sorted with customer services.
All the issues relate to the way these things are packaged.
The kit from the 2nd order likely fell out in transit and the 3rd order was likely damaged in transit. They ship the planters in thin cardboard, with very little bump or impact protection. If the warehouse packed these things better and actually sent replacement kits out, perhaps all 3 orders would have been ok, but no.

I purchased willow screening but unfortunately ordered the wrong product and needed to arrange a return. I was surprised to find that the return cost amounted to approximately 50% of the item’s value, which feels disproportionately high.
I was willing to return the item myself to reduce costs, but this option was not permitted. This lack of flexibility was frustrating.
In addition, I found it extremely difficult to get support. It was impossible to speak with a human representative, as all email responses appeared to be automated. When I attempted to call, I was placed on hold for an extended period and then disconnected multiple times.
Overall, the combination of excessive return costs, lack of reasonable return options, and poor customer service has left me very dissatisfied with the experience.

Really impressed with this company, bought 5 Galvanised Zinc planters with liners & rubber feet & they all look amazing along our large patio. One was dented on arrival & sent an email & a new one was sent almost immediately! I also had a liner missing & again was sent without any hassle. Customer service is second to none!! Metal edge 150ml x 1m sections powder coated in several colours
We needed to replace some log edging in our garden as it was rotten. After lots of searching the internet we came across Woven Wood. The product looked ideal for our purpose so we ordered 6 packs each containing 5 x 1m metal edges - total 30 metres x 150mm high. For the quantity we ordered it was free delivery and the product was delivered without delay. Instalation was very easy and the locking system worked well. The metal edge was finished in brown powder coat and there are other colours to choose from. This would also be brilliant as a lawn edging. Having Instalation the metal edge is very robust and looks great.
