Where is the item I ordered a month ago?
I ordered the item (wooden compost bin) in June. It didn't arrive. I discovered by chance the item had been damaged in transit and re-ordered. I am still waiting for the fourth re- order. I found I was always the one chasing it. Woven wood did not communicate at all well until finally someone emailed me. I am still waiting for the order and am beginning to wonder if my money has been taken under false pretences and whether the item even exists. I am very unimpressed
Addendum:
I am adding this later on the same day. I have now discovered that the item was damaged for the fourth time and so after a month of waiting my money is being refunded. Why did they take the money in the first place if they clearly could not supply the goods? Does the item actually exist or was this a way of borrowing money from me for a month interest free? The company has refused to compensate me for the money they have held for a month. The customer service was almost non-existent in my case and they will not be getting my custom in the future.
Added on 28/7:
I have been offered a voucher towards a future purchase from Woven
Wood, however in view of my experience the last thing I want to do is order anything more from this company. I would have thought some small financial compensation more appropriate.

Don't waste your money
I ordered a Jumbo Premium Half Round 5-6cm Thick Bamboo Fence Panel. When it arrived two of the bamboo lengths had come untied, some of the string was broken and the whole thing is flimsy and barely usable. My husband is having to strengthen it to stop it collapsing. Don't waste your money on this rubbish product.

Excellent communication, brilliant customer services and an fantastic product, the compost bins were shorter than I needed so I bought an extra one to make them higher, it was still cheaper than anyone else's prices. Will definitely buy from Woven Wood again.

Item seems good, but quality control and cutsomer support has been poor
Two out of three items were received damaged and the refund process has taken weeks and required me to push it to get money back.

My only negative comment is that the chestnut palings themselves are very very much thinner and delicate compared to the last lot I bought a little while ago, from a different supplier. We will see how these do, I just hope they don’t twist and warp over time as they are so thin.

Unpleasant , unnecessary, sharp practice experience
I made enquiries about large 30 litre potted water lilies priced at £83.99 each.
Commented they seemed good value. My mistake as the price was then arbitrarily increased to around £125 before I could place my order.

The product had originally been listed at an incorrect price, which was corrected before any order was placed. The change was not made because of your enquiry.
The corrected price remains highly competitive for a substantial 30-litre water lily. No final delivery quote was provided, as we had asked for your postcode, quantity and chosen varieties so that this could be confirmed accurately.

Order cancelled due to lack of stock
Ordered a couple of fencing items. Next day received a curt order cancellation email due to lack of stock; website does not show correct stock levels (other items were showing as out of stock, these weren't).
No apologies, no option to await restocking, just a simple "Your order has been canceled
Order #WWxxxxx was cancelled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has not yet been refunded" email.
