I ordered a trike that says up to three years and when I received it, it was absolutely tiny. I contacted the company and they offered a return for a third of the price of the trike......
or I could pay for the return myself,.... such a shame this is how they deal with their customers. Will NEVER use this company again and unfortunately will not be recommending them to anyone else.

Easy website to use, and standard delivery was a little steep the parcel arrived within 2 days even after ordering on a Sunday. Notifications received to advise of progress and the product was exactly what I was expecting and a much cheaper price than where I had seen elsewhere!

My 5yr old grand daughter used her savings to buy a Bella Rosa dolls pram.
Attaching the wheelbase to the springs on the body was extremely difficult and required two adults.
The result is a twisted pram body.
Otherwise we were pleased with it.

Ordered a bike for my grandaughter for her birthday arrived on time however was missing the frame, bike was useless due to this. Got onto Wowow who were prompt in their reply and I requested a full refund which is expected in the next 5 -10 days (of course). Asked how I wanted to return the item, I gave some dates to which they replied I could dispose of the bike how I wished. Now have an incomplete bike to get rid off and have had to order from another store. Will not be using Wowow again

Amazing service. I ordered footballs on Sunday evening and they arrived via DPD on the Wednesday. Packaging a bit battered but contents okay.
I will definitely be going back to this company for further goods.
