Two wheel scooter for 5+ year old boy
I can’t fault the speed and efficiency regarding my order. I placed the order on Sunday evening and it arrived on Tuesday morning by DPD. It was well packaged but the box did have a few little rips in it. However, this does not appear to have damaged the enclosed article. This is for a birthday gift in November so can’t comment on the article itself, but I feel sure it will be amazing

Almost too good to be true!

Fast delivery, bought bubbles to use on our wedding day for the guest, only one problem one of the bottles was damaged in transit and leaked, apart from that all good.

Not as advertised
Prompt delivery but not as advertised. The dolls stroller wheels didn't have the mama and papa logo on them as advertised on the web site.

Incredibly disappointing service
Incredibly disappointing service! Customer service is non-existent, no communication at all. I ordered a scooter for my child for his birthday on the 2nd of January 2025 for next day delivery. The payment went out, but it hasn't left the warehouse, yet. No response to my e-mail enquiries, no response to my private messages on Facebook, no phone number to contact them. I'm being completely ignored. Just had to go out and buy presents in the local supermarket this morning, as it is my son's birthday today, on the 6th of January.
