Product more flimsy and smaller than I expected but its alright .very quick delivery..
However given that I paid £5.99 for postage I was a little disappointed that the item I ordered ( joie doll car seat) came loose- no box in just a postage bag ,no bubble wrap or protection at all. Thankfully the item has arrived undamaged but would have expected better packaging given the item cost nearly £30 including postage.

Simple transaction speedy delivery and good communications. What more could you ask for?

I bought a toy pram from this company but there was a slight problem with the apron. I wrote to the company to ask if they could send a replacement apron but the company went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase by sending me an entirely new pram. My 3-year old granddaughter will be thrilled to bits.

I placed my order on Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday. I was kept well informed and I cannot fault the company. Definitely would recommend them

Amazing company, amazing customer service. Had an issue with my product within days they arranged it to be collected from my door step and already dispatched a replacement. The evo light up blast scooter is amazing my daughter absolutely loves it and her friends now what one! Thank you wowow for amazing service.

No customer service. Purchased a scooter for our sons birthday which looked fantastic , until we opened scooter to notice it is faulty. We took photos of fault and emailed in a few times now and have never received a response. The phone number provided on the website also rings out. We are now left with a disappointed child on his birthday and a faulty scooter which cannot be used.
