I had a faulty toy, I spoke to a manager Paul Worrall, he was very polite, efficient and very promptly organised an exchange and delivery, this company has excellent after sales , unlike some that are just interested in a sale,I will be definitely using this company in the future.

So pleased I found Wowow toys. I was looking for a pram for my 1 year old granddaughter and they had the ideal one. Since then I've found a few toys for her from them. They are all good quality, reasonably priced and their website is great. Easy to order and great delivery times. I will be using them often.

Ordered a scooter for my sons birthday which came within 3 days. He was really happy with it. As the prices are reasonable and service was prompt, I ended up purchasing another 2 scooters for my other kids. Very happy with my purchases!

I ordered a toy for my grandson's birthday, and found he'd already got it. Contacted Wowow, and they held up dispatch, so I could choose again, rather than having to do a return and reorder. They kept in contact and were very polite and helpful. 'Over and above' service!! Thank you Wowow!

Ordered 5 items of Lego for presents to grandchildren. Order received very promptly but came in 2 separate deliveries on same day, 1 item in first delivery then other 4 items in second delivery…..all items just individually wrapped in plastic, no protection at all, not even put in separate box….hence 3 items crushed and ruined and other 2 slightly damaged….not very impressed with way items are sent out…waiting a response to my email regarding a refund….

Next day delivery, all very well packaged.

Amazing service ordered item at 2pm, received it 10.15am the following day. Bought this dolls pushchair for my Granddaughters 5th Birthday in two weeks time.
Opened it up and it’s lovely.Pricewise this is the cheapest from Wowow Toys I could find. So far, so good.

Never buy anything from iwow. I paid £52 and never received the product. Stay away from them

Ordered a peppa pig doll pram for my granddaughter for her 1st birthday and paid for next day delivery. Has never arrived and the tracking number supplied is not recognised. Emailed the website and have not heard back. To wowwow - you are bit wow. Don’t promise next day delivery if you can’t achieve that. These items are for kids so delays are going to cause disappointment. Wouldn’t recommend.

Wanted to cancel my order, but there's no way of doing so!

Ordered my daughter the Evo balance bike. All she’d been going on about for weeks and weeks was that she wanted Father Christmas to bring her a “Pink bike” as her siblings have their own bikes.

I received my order, sealed. Went to assemble Christmas even to find there were missing parts! Gutted was an absolute understatement, when trying to contact Wowow toys I was sent an automated message to say that nobody would be able to get back to me until Jan 2nd at the earliest.
As much as I appreciate everybody is entitled to a well deserved break over Christmas, owning any business and certainly a toy based one, you cannot leave customers that long without any form of acknowledgment!

When asking for a resolution I was asked to contact Amazon as that’s who I purchase the item through but all Amazon wanted me to do was return it and order a new one. But how could I be so sure this wasn’t going to happen again as nobody seemed very interested!
Anyway, my husband went out a few days ago and purchased parts to replace what was missing so my daughter is thrilled - I certainly will not be placing another order with Wowow.

Easily the most shoddy product I have ever bought online. Screw holes not installed in the right place, mdf panels already damaged out of the box, and it is literally falling apart within 2 hours of being played with by my child (peppa pig wooden kitchen). It is cheap, nasty, unsafe crap, and I will be getting a full refund. Disappointed kid on Christmas day.

Order was returned to supplier by delivery company after it said there were 2 missed drop offs. Wowow toys email the next day and offered a refund or a rescheduled delivery. I opted for a refund in case there was a repeat problem with the delivery. I received the refund within 3 days. I feel this was all dealt with very efficiently.

Great service . Order places and delivered next day . Would recommend.
