WT Lighting is a family run lighting shop with a spacious showroom in Stoke-On-Trent, which was established in 1947 - Over 75 Years ago! Our 7,000 sq.ft Staffordshire lighting showroom is one of the largest in the Midlands and has been created to display an extensive range of modern, contemporary and traditional lighting for all property types and styles. We supply a wide range of interior and exterior lighting all over the UK and we are easily accessible from surrounding areas, such as Manchester, Birmingham, Derbyshire, Shropshire, Cheshire and further a field. We give friendly service and our years of knowledge, spanning three generations, enables us to provide helpful advice and good lighting solutions. We aim to offer a wide range of quality lighting products at affordable prices. Whether it be on our online website or in our Midlands based lighting showroom we aim to provide a first rate and personal service to allow you to have a pleasant shopping experience from start to finish, whilst also assisting to help you find the perfect products for your home or business property. I had seen the lights at another store but they didn’t have the two sets I needed, I contacted this company and said I needed them asap, I paid extra for the quick delivery and they came the next day very well packaged and cheaper than other stores, the staff were friendly and very helpful will definitely use this company again very happy

Amazing customer service
Competitive prices, but what really impressed me is that when I mistakenly ordered the wrong colour and requested the order be cancelled, the team replied immediately and were able to substitute the colour I wanted without having to change the order. Amazing customer service!

Drop shipper problems
Just another drop shipper with drop shipper problems. Ordered a lot, paid £10 for express delivery and most came express but the “in stock” led drivers never showed up.. I emailed in and turns out the order was supplied by Integral themselves and WT Lighting had little to no information or involvement (didn’t even know I hadn’t received my order). The led drivers weren’t due to come back for multiple weeks later. Meaning we missed our Christmas deadline.
To give credit, and why a 3 star review, they sorted a refund out very quickly via email and even refunded the express delivery. But would i order again… no never, might as order direct or order elsewhere.

We are a small, family-run business with a large lighting showroom offering a wide selection of lighting. We stock and display many items for immediate takeaway, while others are available to order, whether that is in-store or on our website. In total, we offer a range of over 10,000 products, which unfortunately makes it impossible to physically stock every item or complete ranges from all manufacturers we carefully choose to deal with.
To manage this, we work closely with trusted trade suppliers who provide stock-link systems to allow us to check availability and confirm whether items are in or out of stock, as well as offering a huge range of selection to our customers. As outlined in our terms and conditions, we often arrange for goods to be sent directly to customers from suppliers in order to speed up delivery times. If they came to us first it would increase delivery times and increase delivery costs.
On this occasion, the supplier’s stock feed was incorrect, and we sincerely apologise for this error. We did offer to source an alternative driver from another location, however this option was declined, so we processed a full refund promptly.
We feel we responded promptly and attempted to sort this as soon as possible for you.
We would also like to clarify that the Integral LED products which your ordered, cannot be purchased directly by the public, as they require a trade account, so you would not have been able to order these items directly yourself.
We appreciate your understanding and regret the disappointment caused. Thank you for your feedback, which helps us improve our service going forward.

They cater for all styles of lighting indoor and outdoor and will even modify lighting to be bespoke for your requirements. The showroom display is extensive and the online service is excellent. Customer service is superb, no problem is too big. Truly a 5 star service.

Amazing Service
Really pleased with the customer service. We have recently refurbished our kitchen and were looking for some lighting options to hang from our wooden ceiling beams. The team at WT Lighting offered a variety of options, and gave us fantastic advice. We are delighted with the lights, they look beautiful, and the customer service from start to finish was 5 stars. We would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Enormous variety, detailed product knowledge and prompt service
We undertook over a twelve month period a major extension resulting in a new extended kitchen, orangery and media wall. Sam's product knowledge was essential in helping us achieve the wow factor we desired. We were kept informed as to the progress of the order, which helped considerably on keeping things on track.
If you want expertise, and a personal service, that a long established family company brings, then look no further.
