001 Taxis Avis

Raimundo was great. On time and very friendly. Car was lovely and clean & had a good trip to my destination. Bookinv process was easy too. Thank you

My driver was very patient when I was running a bit behind and dropped us off at the ideal location despite some traffic difficulties.

Booked taxis to and from Heathrow a few days apart. Both arrived slightly early, drivers were very friendly, professional and helpful. Would 100% use them again, and would recommend.

The booking was super easy and very polite unlike another company I had spoken to.
I was notified when the driver was on his way and arrived
Car was clean and the driver was very helpful and polite.
Thank you

I book the taxi a day before my trip and he arrived on time 🥰🥰

Safe drive.

They were so kind and helpful, very punctual, excellent car and driving. Also had easy card payment services! Would highly recommend

Easy to book, good price . We were able to track taxi on screen punctual. Excellent communications, very friendly , pleasant professional helpful driver.

Used this company for around 15+ years and used to be great. Booked an airport trip recently and the entire experience was just awful. Totally unreliable, a zonked out driver- who got the wrong terminal. Just don’t bother! This company is falling apart I think

I had to book four distinct taxi rides today for myself and my 11 month old baby and every one of my drivers were helpful, friendly and excellent!

Today for the fourth time 001 taxis failed to arrive on time. I am not talking about 5 or 10 mins late. This time more than 25 mins late. No advance notice of any issues no apology when I called. They just said well you should have booked for an earlier time. You should look elsewhere if you want a reliable service.

Easy fast drive! Always on time!

Friendly driver. Very punctual. Excellent maneuvering in Oxford morning traffic.

Friendly, sensible and smooth driver. Clean modern car and sensible price.
Good value for money.

Early
No problems

Lovely drivers and promot arrival to pick me up

Yesterday they let me down by being around 25mins late for a Vet’s appt so had to cancel as my cat was getting so distressed in his carrier
Today they arrived 15mins late with no apology
Reconsidering! Tho their drivers are pleasant and helpful also cars are clean just unreliable time wise

Bang on time. App was great for tracking, Kalem was polite and helpful. 10/10

The front seat was pulled right to the back and made it uncomfortable to sit

Arrived on time, helpful and drove carefully
