The driver picked me up very quickly after I missed an infrequent bus. It was a comfortable car, great conversation and he dropped me right at the door of my destination well within time.

Excellent service
Excellent service. I ordered two taxis to Heathrow, one at 3am. Both came on time and were very friendly and helpful. Great updates by text and very easy to order.

Reliable & friendly airport transfer
I pre booked by phone for six of us to use 001 for airport transfers to and from Heathrow airport.
We received a brilliant service from both the drivers who were so polite, helpful and on the return journey our driver really went above & beyond to meet us & help us find the vehicle.
Highly recommend ! Took away all the stress of us driving ourselves there. Look forward to using you again.

Four taxis booked, two turned up
Four taxis were booked for a wedding, two didn't turn up as they could find drivers. You do hope when you book a taxi in advance that they will turn up!
Have emailed twice and called every day for two weeks to discuss a partial refund and have gotten nothing hence the 1 star. I don't mind issues happening but have the decency to try and make good.

Get off your phone
One of your taxi drivers (the really fat one) almost ran over a bunch of people whilst texting on his phone outside Bunkfest on Croft Road. Some bloke shouted at him to get off his phone. He then did a u-turn, shouted out his window calling ME a pr*ck whilst walking home with my daughter. Nice company.

Reliable taxi service.
Prompt arrival, courteously friendly driver, 001 app made booking very straightforward and a fair fixed price for getting us from Oxford to Heathrow, We can certainly recommend.

My worst experience with 001 taxi
Unable to pay by card at the point of booking due to system problem; unpleasant odour in the car ( old sweat from the driver); no reception for card payment at the end of unusually long journey, forcing me to use an unsecured payment over the phone which has caused further delay: my worst experience with 001 taxi.

I regularly use 001 taxis. They're punctual, fairly priced and the drivers are lovely.
