If there was a NO star rating I would have chosen it.
I contacted Abba Patio and explained that the canopy on my umbrella failed and I needed a replacement. My Umbrella is not quite 2 years old and according to Teresa in their Service Dept., it's obsolete. WOW, 2 years and no parts or support. I paid a lot and failing in that short time is not how a company prospers. DO NOT buy anything from this company or you'll be wishing you had taken my advice...

Inflatable not working but was replaced quickly
Edited to add an update. Customer Service emailed and provided an update on my replacement. The replacement was received today and the inflatable is better than I expected! Thank you!!
Unfortunately, the inflatable we ordered failed to turn on regardless of the outlook we tried. I contacted Customer Service who was helpful and quick to respond. They acknowledged my email and stated they would follow up once the replacement shipped. To date, I have not heard anything more. It has been 8 days

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and per tracking only a label was created so the order has not been shipped yet. Called ABBAPATIO and the CS person could barely understand what I was telling her. I spent several mitin hold for who knows what and she still has not provided a solution. My order is still stuck in “label created” mode and has not shipped. WTH!!

The product was good but the customer service is why I gave 5 stars. They worked with me to make sure I was satisfied. Would buy from them again.

I received my cover
I received my cover, there were not enough bungee connectors. We could only put one in every other hole. We have not put the side up yet. The old cover lasted 3 years, but needed to be prepared because we had a fire that dropped embers on it.

Parts in stock
The site allowed for an easy search. Found the replacement part I needed fairly quickly. They had the right item in stock. It arrived promptly and intact.

No Warranty at All!
Bought an Abba 12 x 20 canopy by Abba through Amazon. It lasted 8 months and blew apart in the wind. Contacted customer "service." They wouldn't back their product. The told me to contact Amazon, though they likely know that Amazon warrants sales for a month. I wouldn't recommend Abba to anyone under any circumstances
