We have one of Abba Umbrella expensive large Degree Rotation Offset Cantilever Umbrella (Weights Included) when a wind broke a top piece and ripped the top small vent canopy. We get an email from Sandy at this company that they dont stock parts for customers for customers to repair them. So we now have a expensive waste of money.

Great service from the support team in helping me quickly find/order a replacement canopy for my patio market umbrella which had been damaged by some pesky squirrels.

Ordered a canopy replacement with stated size of off-set stand and was sent a replacement that didn’t fit. Oops, Abbapatio made a mistake but refuses to send a refund. Impossible to work with and will only recommend that people avoid business with this company.

I ordered a 12x20 enclosed carport from HomeDepot. Only after 2 months, I have a hole in the roof. Not the company's fault. However, the poor customer service that followed is.

1) There was no contact information in the box to get a hold of the manufacturer. I got contact information from Home Depot.

2) When I called the contact number, I was on hold for over 30 minutes, only to be redirected to another company (even though my caller ID listed Abba Patio as the number dialed). The CSR that answered said that it was a glass company and they were unable to help with my request.

I have sent the company an email, hoping to get the issue resolved.

Quite frustrated at this point!!

They explained what we needed to do and were very helpful when we had questions. Sides, front and back have already been put up and everything is good.

Our umbrella arrived quickly and in good shape.

The new umbrella was received just a few days after we placed the order. The umbrella and stand were easily erected. We are both quite happy with our purchase.

broken products, and missing replacements - I've spent hundreds of dollars with you the last few years and am so dissappointed, i'll have to go somewhere else for our outdoor patio and pool furniture and accessories now that will stay stocked with product available.
