15 minutes on hold. I will be making a claim on the 1 year warranty. Meanwhile I’m instructed to use a hose clamp to keep the umbrella in a vertical position. We will see…with an “F” rating from the BBB, I’m not overly hopeful.

when the warehouse made an error on the shipment of my order they overnighted me another order and told me to keep the original if it showed up. It did.

This was a replacement umbrella for one that showed up broken. While it took a few days via email to communicate once it was established it arrived broken a replacement was immediately sent out. Thank you for the great support!!

Rectified the not receiving the original order.

Product works, but customer services is non-existent. I've called multiple times only to be on hold for 20+ minutes and never did one person come on to say "please hold". Nothing. Only an outgoing recording.

I ordered a cover for my patio umbrella 4/28/23 and have yet to receive it. I have reach out to customers service i got a email from a rep about my order was sent to my old address..which i did correct it at time that I placed the order and also with customers service person i did talk to i have email them about my order but it takes them so long to respond then i recived a email that i have to pay 10 more dollars for them to resend my order Really that not very nice of you Abba Patio..J Harris

Your umbrella appears to be fine. The umbrella is on our deck and looks great. What was difficult was that you never let us know when it was coming until after it arrived. Customer service sent us an answer to my email asking if it was sent, but the English wasn’t quite right, so we were not sure what was going on.

I purchased several Abba umbrellas and they were okay, but when I purchased the recent one, the tilt broke after one month. I purchased the umbrella from Amazon and they contacted the seller, Teellax Direct but can't hear from them.

I bought an umbrella directly from Abba's website which arrived on time and in good condition, but turned out to be the wrong size for what I needed. I reached out to customer service to arrange for an exchange for the correct size and the experience has been comically bad. I have now gone back and forth for almost 2 weeks with their customer service rep where they have 1) asked me to keep it for a partial refund, then 2) return it but pay the shipping to do so, then 3) keep it again and purchase a new umbrella - every email is a different request. I can't reach an understanding or resolution with them and I'm not sure how they expect to retain customers if they refuse to handle a very, very straightforward return request. I hate leaving negative reviews but I'm honestly so baffled here and would warn everyone to save yourself the frustration and just buy your patio umbrellas from a different company.

Everything about this transaction was exactly as it should be. Great price, excellent service and product.

Product is sub par and customer support is terrible. Throw away umbrella’s. Purchased a 9’x12’ canopy umbrella which replacement parts are not available. Save yourself money and frustration!

The box arrived quickly. Once we finally put it together it was pretty straightforward. So excited to use this summer and watch the kids in the pool with some nice shade!! So much better than having cushions to have to store and clean all the time.

Initially received the wrong product which they said was my fault. There’s NO WAY I would have ordered that pattern so somehow something got clicked or changed in the ordering process. I had to pay &18 additional shipping to receive the correct item. As I was installing it around my much area I realized there are 3 pieces that are backwards & don’t tongue-in-groove attach to the others (hook is on the opposite end as the others & YES I’ve tried rearrange to make sure it wasn’t my error. So basically I have to find black zip ties to keep this cheap piece of plastic pieces together. It looks ok up, but it is so cheaply made I would highly suggest NO ONE ever order this product. Sounds like it’s being discontinued or the company is struggling, one of the two. But this is the worst thing I’ve ordered & spent money on maybe ever!

I had a problem with an umbrella canopy contacted the company. They responded to me and less than a 24 hour. Rectify the situation with no issues or no problems.

Took awhile and was expensive but I got what I needed

Delivery was fast and everything packaged well. My only complaint was customer service, I could never reach you company on the phone during regular business hours.
