These guys sell amazing products, they are a bit on the pricey end, but very good quality. Only gave 4 stars because delivery took a bit longer than anticipated, so I would recommend ordering just a little in advance, but not by much.

Two different orders - both times received the wrong item. First item was wrong color - reached out to Abba and they credited back some money which I was fine with. Ordered another item and I was given the wrong item and it was broken even if I decided to keep it, it was not useable. I was refunded the money for the purchase however I decided that I can no longer order from Abba if they cannot properly fulfill orders

Waited an hour on the phone with no response. Then sent an email with no response. An order was delivered and stolen. I was home all day and i have a sign that asks all deliveries to ring buzzer - that calls my phone and i can come out. This didn’t happen. I haven’t heard anything regarding a replacement umbrella or a credit to my credit card ( i want a replacement - the product is good).

This has been my second umbrella that I have purchased because I like them so much they have great costumer service speedy response to emails and very professional they make great outdoor umbrellas

This is my second umbrella purchase from Abba Patio. My first one was destroyed in storm because I left it up - no fault of the manufacturer. Your umbrellas are fantastic, high quality, and I've recommended them to many people. Customer for life, because I'll probably forget to put my umbrella down again in the future!

They offered a more than fair resolution for a need for parts that I had.

The cover didn’t fit my umbrella. I set an email to your service group but haven’t had a response. So far you service isn’t good.

Timely replacement of 9-11 umbrella cover

Easy ordering and faster than expected delivery.

Everything is perfect..., except, there are small tears or slits in the umbrella. about 7 or 8, in a line and it looks like a cut of some sort.

I wanted to order the one I had previous; but, it was sold out. It has lasted seven years and has been awesome. I left it up and we had a bad storm and the pole was sheared. This one is only half the price and probably lesser quality as a result. However, the tears or cuts should not be present.

The canopy to our umbrella was destroyed in a severe rainstorm. I couldn't find my original purchase receipt, but the folks at Abba were kind enough to figure out which model I had and suggested a replacement. Not only did I buy the new canopy, but I also purchased a cover for the umbrella. The canopy fit and the umbrella is like new! Thanks, Abba!

Timely response to an issue I had with the new umbrella.

I ordered a 9 feet ROUND patio umbrella and received a 6.5 X 11 feet SQUARE umbrella clearly stated on the outside of the box. It’s too much of a hassle to return something like this so I will just have to make it work. Also quality is not as good as it used to be with Abba umbrellas, I have a couple of umbrellas that’s about 5 years old or more from Abba and they are still fantastic so I probably won’t order from abba any longer, seems like a different company.

If you are looking for an affordable, strong, large, and beautiful umbrella you dont have to look around anymore! This umbrella is absolutely stunning and well built. Its made of rust proof material for year around use in your backyard. The base fits perfectly and keeps the umbralla secured during inclement weather. You can fill it with water for temporary use or sand for permanent use. Check it out!

I like the ABBA patio umbrella I purchased. The umbrella cover lasted a couple of years but the Highwinds and snow where I live eventually tore it up and is no longer usable. I purchased a new one and will most likely bring the umbrella inside to the basement this winter to keep the cover from getting shredded. Delivery was quick and I like the product.

I saw it I ordered it it was delivered and it is nice.
