My experience with Abba Company was nothing but great. I have 3 umbrellas with poles but just wanted to see if I could just replace umbrellas. I emailed them a few times and had answers soon after about my inquiry. Patrick at one time said they were waiting for a shipment and would let me know when arrived. I now have 3 new umbrella replacements which were pretty easy to put on. They made sure I gave them how many ribs were on them and I had the screw type tips. Success!!

I bought this grill cover back in June and waited until the summer was over to give a review. I live in Phoenix and this cover made it through our summer with flying colors. It didn't fall apart like others have. I would buy this again.

I was disappointed with the quality of this umbrella , this is something you will buy at a Dollar Store. No where similar to the one I bought several years ago from your store .

I purchased the 12x20 carport made by Abba Patio. There is a one year warranty attached to the Home Depot product page. I actually love my carport but the top started leaking where the seams were sewn together, thus a defect I contacted their customer service and was referred back to Home Depot (HD)which allows for a 90 day return, I contacted HD and was told Abba was responsible as the manufacturers warranty is for one year. I bought the product special order and picked it up Thanksgiving Weekend. Still clearly within the one year time frame. I tried to call Abba and one number was disconnected and the other number puts you into a phone queue for 20-30 minutes them a recording says that they can’t assist right now and call back later. HD called and could not get through several times. HD emailed Abba in support of my request for product support to no avail.

I had emailed Abba starting in August. I received multiple emails say that HD sold it so they should take care of it. HD also sent emails and received no response. I persisted for five weeks, which is unreasonable to find a solution for my roof panel. They came up with no solution and told me to return it to HD. They refused to honor their one year warranty to replace or refund.

All I wanted was a new roof. Abba said they don’t have it any more. They referred me back HD yet again

A manufacturer’s warranty is just that. The manufacturer who, in this case, refused to back their product. I received no parts or a refund.

HD was wonderful and supportive making called and emails to Abba.

HD assisted me with providing a huge tarp and tie downs to cover the defective roof. Level 10* service from HD

I had to order a replacement patio umbrella cover. The company made triple sure that I was ordering the correct product. I really appreciated that. The cover was sent in a timely manner and was exactly what I needed.

I got the base on time and it fit.
I now need a crank for the umbrella and have not received a response to know how to get it. I hope you do respond

I’ve tried to reach someone at Abba patio for two weeks by phone, email, the website. Have left my phone number with service department. On hold for 25 minutes …..again today then recorded msg says “we are closed, call back tomorrow “!

I ordered a turquoise patio umbrella cover but received a red cover instead. I notified Abba Patio Customer Service and received an email offering a $6 refund, stating high shipping cost involved in processing a return and exchange. I immediately replied that will not work for us and asked for the product I ordered and paid for. I have followed up with two additional emails but have received no further response from customer service.
