Won’t be purchasing again.
Quality has gone down since ABBA was sold/merged? Yes, these were always on the lower cost end but the umbrellas lasted 3-4 years. Which was fair. The materials used now are much thinner, fade rapidly and the Sariya we’ve had maybe 6 months tore.

Abbot patio makes a good, affordable patio umbrella. We have gotten many years of use. Customer service was great when we needed a replacement part.

Excellent customer service leads to more time outdoors!
We are excited to spend more time on our deck thanks to our new Abba Patio Umbrella. Abba Patio helped us find a new umbrella after our previous model with a rectangular canopy was no longer available. The customer service team was awesome and responsive. #AbbaPatioStyle

This is my second ABBA cantilever…
This is my second ABBA cantilever umbrella. Loved the first one. I’m disappointed in this one. It seems more flimsy. In the wind it moves around a lot. Doesn’t seem to block the sun as well.

Abba exceeds all expectations
My only interest was to order a new canopy for my umbrella and since the item was discontinued, Abba responded by offering me a choice of a an entire new umbrella, and then they shipped it at no cost!

We received great customer service
We received great customer service. All calls and emails were promptly answered. Karla was very helpful and polite.
We were actually given a cantilever umbrella free of charge because our canopy tore and they no longer carried it.

No replacement parts lacking in service
Bought a cantilever umbrella and after a few years of use I needed to source a replacement cover. I’ve been strung on for over a year with their service department telling me they have no idea when or if they will actually get replacement covers. If I would’ve known that there was no option to maintain I would’ve never made a purchase with ABBA furniture.

We lost the crank f\rom a 2020 Abba Patio Umbrella that was moved from NH to AZ last year. When I asked Abba if they had a replacement crank I could buy, they said it was discontinued but they would be happy to send a brand new umbrella instead for FREE! I was extremely happy with their concern and follow through. It arrived 3 days after they sent it out - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and GREAT SHIPPING!!! THANKA ABBA!!!!
