Quicker would have been better
It would have been better had you diagnosed the fault totally in the first place, which would have meant your only having to keep my car for one day

Fantastic service done in are all fast time, really pleased, I think the car was washed but several areas on the car that were missed. Would have been 5 stars if this was done properly.

Very bad experience with 2nd hand car bought through dealer
I bought a second hand car at the dealer, I was assured that the car was fully checked.
This did not turn out right:
- after 1 month, discovered a leak at the coolant + head display was not coming out + back windscreen washer spray was not working.
- 6 months after, heating fan stopped working.
When I bough the car, there was 1 year guarantee, the guarantee company was very reluctant to approve the quote for the repair and did refuse to replace the Head display saying the garage should have replaced it.
When the dealer was contacted, nothing came out of it. I phone several time as the dealer did not attempt to call me back on my issues.
At this moment in time, I am still without a functioning head display and still waiting for a call back.

Excellent service department. First appointment was a pick up from home and delivered back, pick up driver great. Then we had to return for a small warranty job where they ordered part . The whole team friendly and welcoming. My only slight criticism is that some signage indicating service department at rear would have been useful. Can be accessed from front showroom but if you drop off early access from rear.

Problem with screen washer jet
Booked appointment very quickly for a waiting one car checked and job done within 90 minutes and as it was a fault it was covered by the warranty which was great

Buying a car hassle free
Booked my Rio in for a check and dropped my car off. Friendly staff in the service centre. Had a bad news on the car front with too much work needing doing, service staff were very helpful when giving the bad news and arranged for Sales team to give me a call. Callum the Sales man was very helpful. No pressure and I took the time to think the purchase over before settling on the car I bought.
