All aspects of the car purchased were very good. Jenna was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and not at all "pushy". She was very understanding when we had to postpone collection at short notice. The car was very well prepared and sufficient time was spent to fully explain controls etc. The whole purchase was a pleasure!

Great experience ,dealt with Jenna
The last time we bought a new Kia through a dealership the experience was awful, the salesman was pushy and we were not kept up to date with anything. Our experience this time with Jenna was completely different, she listened to what we wanted and was attentive to our needs and went out of her way to get us the best deal,thank you.

Fantastic team
Fantastic team, Simon is an excellent mechanic and Steve in parts was brilliant. Had service and MOT done. Had wipers changed and the only reason slightly marked down is that my wipers needed adjusting as they were not clearing the screen. Will be going back for my MOT advisories.

Chris is a pleasure to do business with - I was up front that I would not be signing on the dotted line that day when I first enquired about the vehicle and took it for a test drive. He was very patient and listened to my thoughts and needs. He was not pushy at all, but showed an interest in my needs and wishes for a car. He was very respectful of the fact I wished to try out a competitor model before deciding which car, if either, I’d go for. When I did come back to him he arranged a second test drive for me and then worked with his sales manager to reach a deal we both could accept. Since purchasing the vehicle he has quickly responded to the couple of queries I’ve had about the car. A pleasure to do business with!

Very good experience buying a second hand EV here - lots of helpful advice and un pressured sale. There was a range of vehicles in stock which was helpful as we weren’t quite sure about what year/trim we wanted. Highly recommend

Arrived at the Acorn motor group with a…
Arrived at the Acorn motor group with a jammed seat belt . I couldn’t drive as it would have been both illegal and unsafe The receptionist was extremely helpful and realising my predicament arranged for the mechanics to address the situation.
Within an hour the team had removed my seat , fixed and sorted the seat belt -and checked it was safe
I had not realised the complexity behind the base of the seatbelt , it was complicated as controlled the air bag
However having been offered a lovely coffee the team sorted the problem and I was on my way .
Grateful thanks to the whole team .

A Good Experience at Acorn Macclesfield
Just had a great experience buying a new Kia at Acorn Macclesfield. All the staff we met were very friendly and informative, the coffee was lovely, and Katie took us through the whole process seamlessly, making sure that we were kept up to date with the progress of our order and when it arrived making sure every thing was in place for the handover and helped us set up the car before we drove off. We highly recommend Acorn Macclesfield and the excellent Kia EV3.
