Efficient and competent
Not having myself to search through the myriad of options of private health care saved me lots of time. Denise was friendly, competent and knowledgeable, answered all my questions satisfactory and provided me with a cover that suits me. All the admin was done by her and I only had to read the documents and understand what I am agreeing to.
I have used ActiveQuote twice now and have been both times happy with the service and outcome.

Great customer service
I was looking for a quote for private health insurance. i found the whole experience very professional, courteous and the advisor I spoke to, Aiysha, took the time and patience to get the cover I required at a price I could afford. I did experience a small problem when my policy from Bupa arrived, but on contacting Aiysha, once again she sorted everything out for me to my satisfaction. Great customer service.

Hannah was very professional and efficient in detailing the options for the renewal of my health insurance plan. A new provider was found with same level of cover but a lower premium. Have used the company for several years and always found the staff to be competent, helpful and knowledgeable.
