Excellent service from Sarah Cook, she was always at the end of the phone when I had question. The whole process took just under 3 months can’t fault the and would definitely recommend.

My mistake, didn't know I had to check out on the progress constantly, so two months since the deal was agreed I learned from the state agent that they are still waiting for one of the sellers to give their permission (to even start the legal work). I decided to proceed with another property. My solicitor didn't just let me know that the deal wasn't moving but also charged me 70% of their legal fees (plus fees to tier firms for a couple of checks) for a deal which hasn't even started. Of course they did something, 3 points out of 15. My complaints email was ignored. For the clarity, for the new property they gave me entirely new bill - nothing was transferred from what I already paid! So I lost the first payment for the first property, they asked to top it up to 70% mentioned before and to pay the first payment for the new property which bill was actually £300 higher than the first bill even though it's literally the same floor and next building within the same development built the same year.

So incredibly pleased and impressed with how Tom handled our house purchase from start to finish.
He chased up relentlessly for us, always on hand to answer messages, was super prompt with all correspondence and so professional.
Nothing was ever too small or big for him to find out and he always responded promptly and kept us updated which was really appreciated as we have had some really terrible experience in the past.
Because of our experience with Tom, we will definitely use ADK law in the future again and will for sure be requesting Tom.

I can’t believe a company professing to practise in law, treats its customers so badly! My grandson is buying his first property and this company have made the process so much more stressful than it need be. Communication is very poor and emails are ignored. The one star is only given as have to press something! Shame there isn’t a minus rating!

I would like to say a huge thank you to Zahra Kahn at ADK Law Solucitors for all her assistance in handling the completion for the sale of my apartment. The sale was quite complex and challenging in nature due to the propertly being a leasehold property affected by the new fire safety regulations. Zahra worked tirelessly with all interested parties including the buyers solicitor, the management company, the leasholder and mortgage company to ensure successful completion despite having to deal with some challenges on the other side. This is a do it yourself solicitor!! Very difficult to get a reply from them
Be prepared to slog at the computer yourself ,you need to be an expert in using the said computer and stock up on the ink for the printer, as you will need it for the ton of printing you have to do!
We missed our completion date! as the solicitor we were assigned,was too busy to return a call!my advice,use a local conveyancing firm who will do it all for you probably for the same fee,and who you can pop in to see to halo with anything that arises
