Update our experience deteriorated further. We missed our completion date, due to the seller not having a simple settlement figure, this wasn’t checked by ADK & three weeks after completion our management company still haven’t received the transfer details 😱

ADK, and especially Bilal, are fantastic. They really fight your corner and no matter how complex matters get they took things in their stride. My experience with Tom Ellor from start to finish was nothing short of outstanding. An extremely competent , informative and diligent individual .Although we were in a small chain it was made unnecessarily difficult by our buyers choice of solicitors but Tom persisted throughout representing our interests to a successful conclusion. Thoroughly impressed and would strongly recommend him as he gets the job done. We were made aware of him by our Estate agents whom I'm sure are probably reliable judges in the area of conveyancing.

Found from an internet search and did not disappoint. Very competitive price and when we had to switch purchase from one property to another we could use the balance unspent on the first property on the second.
