Excellent customer service. Update Update regarding my claim through.

Communication wasn’t great and the medical research they’ve stretched it up to more than 4 years until they’ve sorted my claim, they have changed more than 3 case handlers over this time but it was during the pandemic. I would say I am somewhere around 70% satisfied by their result in my case

With Admiral Law, you are in safe hands. No one looks after your claim as good as they do. They exceeded my expectation in the way they handled my claim such that I have nothing negative to say. Its all exceedingly positive.

Quite honestly the worst company I’ve ever come across
Took them 3 years so settle my claim when liability was accepted the same day, 3 years later admitted they hadn’t dealt with my case correctly and offered money for their mistakes, the amount was an insult. They then gave me 5 days to accept the final figure as they said they were no longer representing me. If I could steer anyone away from this company I would in a heartbeat. Absolutely awful
