Quite honestly the worst company I’ve ever come across
Took them 3 years so settle my claim when liability was accepted the same day, 3 years later admitted they hadn’t dealt with my case correctly and offered money for their mistakes, the amount was an insult. They then gave me 5 days to accept the final figure as they said they were no longer representing me. If I could steer anyone away from this company I would in a heartbeat. Absolutely awful

Throughout the whole process I was kept up to date with what was going on. The case lead Ellis was very knowledgeable and dealt with the case in a calm and professional way, explaining the stages and timescales.

Unacceptable behaviour,zero contact,16 months on my case no results,this is last time I deal with them ,I move my policy to some serious company, because you ,you are joke!!! And this is answer ...

So basically you need give review on trust pilot and after that they investigate your case, pathetic company.

All the details were explained and made me feel confident with the service.

The person was really helpful explaining everything I needed explaining, but I felt he new everything I needed and put it across perfectly

They waste three years of my time to settle my case and I end up getting my excess money which was my own money even less then then amount which was my execess I wouldn’t recommend them to any 1 if you wana settle you accident claim I wouldn’t recommend recommending for third part not your insurance complete reap off
