I am pleased with my new AGA cook shop purchase. It’s exactly the right size and works on my induction hob without a problem as well as on the Aga.( I’ve had Aga pans before that do not work well on my induction hob even though they claim they do!) It seems good quality and is easy to handle.

Prohibitions
Unfortunately, your policy doesn't allow the use of foreign registered credit cards to buy products on the website. I am visiting the Uk next week and wanted to take advantage of an online sale and get products delivered to my brother in law in the Uk so I could take them back to Canada with me. It's ironic I received a follow up survey because I didn't actually make a purchase. As your products are not available in my country, your lack of shipping here, plus your prohibition on foreign credit cards makes dealing with you almost impossible. Not good for me nor for your sales.

Good pan, good customer service
Good pan, with excellent non-stick coating. Lightweight and easy to clean. First pan I received had a flaw on the outer enamel, but this was replaced free of charge via a prepaid postage label. All in all good service and would use this shop again.

I know these pans are good as we already have a set of saucepans the same. The casserole dish will come in handy. It was quite expensive but I’ve got it now and they clean up very well.

Ordering was good but we got no update…
Ordering was good but we got no update on the progress of the product, when it was sent or any arrival information. It supposedly tried to be delivered on two separate occasions but we were given no text or card that it failed and no information as to when they were going to try. I had to phone to find out where it was. Once contacted, the Aga team were very efficient and helpful- just the postal arrangements let it down.

I was overjoyed when i first purchased…
I was overjoyed when i first purchased my stainless steel non stick pans last year with a 25yr warranty. I have only had them for a year, order confirmation sent to qualify this. I have treated them with care and despite this the non stick lining is peeling. When i asked for your help with this i was told that it was due to me over heating them!!! Really bad customer care
