I was very impressed with the speed of service after my complaint. The postage details were provided quickly, so my cost was zero. And in less than a week, by broken pot was exchanged for a new one - quibble free. Excellent service and I highly recommend Aga for it.

No fuse!
A great ordering experience but poor quality control with a toaster coming without a fuse in the plug. A phone call quickly resolved the issue but it does make you wonder how this made it to a customer like this.
