Was all very quick and easy, got there and there was a bus already there, on the way back we only had to wait 10 minutes for the bus, dropped us off to the car. Great service.

Simple and easy as usual. Will definitely use again.

IIt was a good service, i had a little trouble finding it as the postcode I had took me to the wrong carpark. other than that i didn't have to wait too long for shuttle.

I have used many airport parking companies. I can say that these guys are up there with the best. The customer service was next level. I was scammed through another site when booking. When calling to make a change it became evident I did not have a booking. The team bent over backwards to resolve with only 2 days to go until I traveled. Thank you, amazing!

From previous experience, the location of Airport Parking Luton is ideal for me/us, and the transfer from car park to airport is very good, as well as easy.
Recognising this, I contacted 'Airport Parking Luton' to book car parking for the near future, and I spoke with Imran, from Customer Services.
Imran was very helpful, and dealt with my booking in a very professional manner.
This was my first time booking car parking in this way, and I have to say, I was very impressed with the level of service I received, and will definitely make a booking in this way, if and when I need need car parking at Luton Airport in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service provided. Buses were there within a couple of minutes, the whole process ran very smoothly. i would use them again for sure

The instructions stated that the driver of the bus taking you to and from the airport would load the cases into the bus leaving you free to board. This didn't happen leaving the passagers to fend for themselves. Most had no idea of how to load their cases properly meaning they were thrown in which left me and others to sort it out to get our cases on top. The compartment door was also very low meaning passagers hitting their heads on the door in the process. Unloading was also a free for all.... If the driver doesn't help them don't promise it on the literature...

The experience was very good, but I think the Driver could have been more helpful assisting with the loading of the suitcases, as he didn’t help at all for any passengers.

I always park my car here because close to airport and price also reasonable. Staff friendly.

The best parking there is!
Polite staff, convenient location. The shuttle bus takes you from the parking lot to the airport and back. I've been using this parking a couple of times and I will continue doing so!

Just rebooked airport park and ride at Luton for this year's holiday after a good experience last year. My car was all in one piece and the parking was a convenient distance to the Airport.

This time when I booked, I needed extra customer services help as I mistakenly booked the wrong date! I needn't have worried as Luton Airport parking customer services came straight to the rescue! Iman helped me rebook my Luton parking spot for the correct dates. He was man polite and helpful plus he generously reduced the admin fee as I had already paid for the week's parking. I would 100% recommend using Airport parking Luton for the customer service experience alone!! Thanks Iman!

Efficient service but the bus used to transport us to the airport was unbearably hot.

Fab parking with short transfer. Easy to find and short wait time to pick up to get to the airport. Third time using this company with no issues. The only reason not 5star is often had to wait on return trip as minibus was full and they only had one running, not ideal when tired from travelling home
