Airport Parking Luton  Avis 

Just rebooked airport park and ride at Luton for this year's holiday after a good experience last year. My car was all in one piece and the parking was a convenient distance to the Airport.

This time when I booked, I needed extra customer services help as I mistakenly booked the wrong date! I needn't have worried as Luton Airport parking customer services came straight to the rescue! Iman helped me rebook my Luton parking spot for the correct dates. He was man polite and helpful plus he generously reduced the admin fee as I had already paid for the week's parking. I would 100% recommend using Airport parking Luton for the customer service experience alone!! Thanks Iman!

Efficient service but the bus used to transport us to the airport was unbearably hot.

Fab parking with short transfer. Easy to find and short wait time to pick up to get to the airport. Third time using this company with no issues. The only reason not 5star is often had to wait on return trip as minibus was full and they only had one running, not ideal when tired from travelling home

Friendly service, no waiting at all. My car was picked up as soon as I arrived to Car Park and it was ready in my return.

Perfectly located and close to many hotels. Ideal for an early park or the night before travelling.

Parking was easy, on arrival vehicle checked in and allocated bay for parking. Transport to airport was great, dropped outside departures and given card regarding pick up.
On arrival back at Luton cach arrived but we waited a while for other passenegers, when we finally left the terminal the coach was overcrowed with one passenger standing, not really safe.
Leaving the car park was easy and no issues with condition of vehicle.
Would use again in the future.

Parking here was made even easier with the amazing staff they have here. Lots of space and easy transfers to and from the airport. Will definitely be using them again

A much improved bus rotation service. I particularly liked the attention of having a man at the bus stop at the airport terminal when we returned to make sure you did not have an excessive wait and the bus rotation was being handled properly. I also liked the checkout structure that you’ve now introduced when leaving the car park. All this is handled by very happy helpful and cheerful staff members. It was a great service and we will not hesitate to use you again thank you very much.

Very well run we only gad to wait a couple of minutes when we arrived then only a few minutes and your at the airport much better than luton long stay much better value on the return leg was again really easy rang them at baggage collection and the bus was there when we got outside. The only thing I would say is better signage on arrival.

Nice and easy to find, shuttle takes you to the airport doorstep every 12min.

Easy to book and pay. Need to be able to amend timings entry & exit times without having to cancel the booking. Also more help advice where free spots are.

Priority parking - Drop and Go. Normally I find this service good. However in this occasion Petrol was siphoned off my car while in their care. Petrol cap wasn’t closed properly nor the filler cap when I returned and the low fuel warning lamp illuminated on start up despite being over 1/3rd full when dropped off. Very shabby. Escalated to the company for their information. Zero response.
