So far has been good. Just not super impressed with being told I’ll be good to get 30k loan but only getting 25k. The communication lacked there.
I understand why I was given less and still appreciate being given anything. Just the communication wasn’t great.

Digital verification a nightmare
The digital verification at the end was very frustrating. We attempted this about 15 times. Kept going to a chat bot and having to start again. Even after saying complete and giving the tick it did not register with the company and had to attempt the next day again. Not user friendly at all.
