The broker I was given
The broker I was given, Brad Janssen, was excellent. Nothing I asked him to do was too much. If not for Brad I would have gone with another financial institution. The interest rate of 8.49 is also really good. Thank you.

Communication and Access
Communication, Joel the broker from National Loans and after the loan was approved the online banking and phone app both simple to set up and so easy to use. (For an online only bank it makes access very easy - well done)
