Unfortunately the product I ordered was not able to be shipped to the UK but they quickly contacted me to offer a refund instead.
There were some slight delays in getting the refund to me but they were easy to contact and eager to resolve this issue.

The caps look superb
The caps look superb. Ellie went above and beyond to get our order set up and delivered. Unfortunately the delivery was so slow that the caps didn’t arrive in time for our main event, but we have others coming up shortly.

Hey Chris,
Thanks for your mail and apologies your order did not arrive on time.
After reviewing your order, I can see that it was placed on the Saturday 26th of April. However, the proof approval and payment were only completed on the 30th of April. With the delay in approval and also having a bank holiday Monday in the lead time, the order is still on track to be delivered in the 6 working days offered on express
