Pretty terrible experience, the quality of the items were not as premium as we expected and some items were delayed which went they were not ready in time for our live event.

I understand that the delivery was delayed, and I believe this was due to an incorrect address. Our team did notice this and tried to flag it early on, but unfortunately, it still caused a delay. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this caused.

Thank you very much for placing the order for us and for delivery on time. The quality is good, so is the customer service.
The only reason I would not give the 5th star is because the delivery driver was terrible, rude, grumpy and arrogant. He refused to deliver the goods inside the office, just dumped the boxes outside. Even thought the weight of the delivery was very light, he brought it with the heavy wooden panel and we had to make a trip to the dump as no rubbish collector would take it.
Whatever delivery company you have contract with - they are spoiling your business!

Please allow us to clarify that the courier service is an independent company we partner with to provide the most economical delivery options for our customers. It can change from order to order.
As this was classified as a pallet delivery, the wooden pallet is a standard part of the shipment. This ensures the safe and efficient transportation of heavier or bulkier goods, especially for handling in warehouses with forklifts.

I ordered 40 plain bears no branding and alot are faulty. They have extra ears and bits hanging off them. I am trying to return them but they don't want them back and won't give me a refund. DONT USE THEM! Shoddy products and don't accept responsibility when you complain. With a no return policy. Reporting to trading standards
