Nasreen Khan is a really great member of the Alto Software team. She always takes the time to understand any problems you are having with the system and works hard to fix them. She is always happy to pick up the phone, talk through the issue clearly, and give you practical help. For a busy business owner who is always on the move trying to keep things going, this kind of communication is priority.

She is always professional, has a positive attitude, and focuses on finding solutions. Her forward-thinking approach and willingness to help make her a huge asset to the team, even though I have never met her in person.

Sian is absolutely fantastic to work with. She is always incredibly responsive, quick to come back to us and, importantly, is always there to pick up the phone whenever we need her.

We have recently spoke with Ben McLeod one of the new Customer Success Managers at Alto. Speaking with Ben he was informative and engaging and enthusiastic about dealing with us, which is a breath of fresh air as we haven't spoken to anybody for years !!
