Altosoftware Avis 

Used Alto since i started my lettings agency in 2023 and had no issues until recently, They have taken away the direct email services for help and instead opted for online forms which you fill in and await a reply. After 5 days still no reply with any guidance for help on an account query. As a business you cannot wait this length of time for help as there are no other ways to contact them now other than the online submission. I will be looking for another software provider if the service doesnt go back to how it was before

I've been dealing with Ben McLeod, he's been very helpful and supportive with us managing our account. The software has continuously improved over the years and is supported by the fantastic service we receive.

helpful staff, efficient system

Awful customer support, and I mean really really bad. Easier to just find any other Estate Agent Software that cares about their support

ALto / Vebra used to be good support when you could speak to someone. Now it's getting worse and worse. An insult to the monthluy license fee.
1) Telephone calls never answered (held for an hour)
2) Emails not answered (we’ve switched to a new online form-based system) Laughable how they say 'This change makes it quicker and easier for you to get the help you need.' NO IT DOESN'T . It makes it much more complicated. Your forms need way too long to fill out and way too complicated.

Ben was very quick to respond to us reaching out to him. He was informative and very helpful, every think he promised was delivered immediately.

Appalling service and cocky also a sarcastic email from the so called support team, i do think its very upsetting that you can not see the stress your causing the agents. All we are trying to do is our job.
if accounts are wrong for a landlord,this causes no end of problems we logged this problem 28th July, but after the ticket was closed, further issues with the clients card came up, and invoices wrong so by the 6th it was finally sorted. just takes too long, you need one to one training not back offer access to systems which i can not see what your doing ..

Really efficient and easy to work with!

PLEASE AVOID! I was tied in to a 12 month contract as a new business. I asked to cancel with over a one month notice and was told that this couldn’t be done and instead they automatically renewed for a further 12 months! Their reasons were, that I was supposed to give a 3 month notice that was hidden in their terms and conditions which no one in their team told me about.

Amazing communication from start to finish. Naz was fantastic in helping me solve some issues I was having.

Great ongoing experience with Altosoftware...which I have renewed, and used for many years! The platform in intuitive, reliable, and ideal for our workflow & managment services. We recieved our dedicated account manager, Charly Kemp, who's efficiency and commitment to our relationship has been invaluable. Extremely happy with both software & Charly. Highly recommend!

Chris O'Mahony from Alto came to the office to go through some new features on Alto. His expertise and depth of knowledge is staggering and he always delivers training/information sessions in a very positive and easy to understand way. Best account manager we've had by far!

We have had a fantastic experience using Alto and have found it very user friendly which works well for everyone in our company.

We have especially been impressed with our account manager Chris O'Mahony who has been there whenever we have needed his help and his knowledge of the software has been invaluable at times. He is hands down the best account manager we have worked with.
