I’ve been really impressed with Alto and the support I’ve received since coming on board – particularly from our account manager, Chris O'Mahony.

Every query I’ve raised has been responded to promptly, and a solution has always been found and fixed without any issues. Not only that, but I always come away from a call having learnt something new. Chris consistently goes over and above, and it’s made a real difference to our experience with the software.

I like it but I really struggle with the accounts side and it doesnt handle guarantor agreements very well, unless someone can shed any light on how they use it

When we switched to Alto, I found it difficult to navigate my way round it, but the more I used it, the more I realised how much the system did for me and how it made my job easier. I use the Sales, Lettings and Accounts sides of the system and even though I've been using it for years, I'm still learning. When I've needed help, there's always been someone to call and speak to. Wouldn't manage without it now.
