Very good purchase!
We received our awning much quicker than expected which was a lovely surprise! It installed fairly easily. The video was only a bit confusing but we prevailed. It is not as heavyduty as I anticipated but is good quality and sturdy. We have used it for a few days now and it works really well on our deck!

Poor execution
The two piece connector for the window is much too long for my window and if I just use the one piece with the duct, there's nothing to secure it in the window. The window piece has fallen out so many times, it's not even plugged in anymore. It's supposed to be 10,000 btus. That would be more than enough to cool my living room, but it doesn't even get close.

My new umbrella arrived in a box that was destroyed and umbrella bent . I emailed and they were respnsive ,but have to ship back without a box to ship it in to get a new one . Still working on getting a box ,and no functional umbrella .The customer service team was very quick to send me a replacement .

Works well
I love the covering but each time I unzip one of the zippers I feel like the zippers are going to break. They need to be of better quality even if we have to pay a bit more.

I ordered a kitchen cart that was smashed by Fed X delivery. So I called to ask how to return it. The representative was very helpful in sending shipping labels. My complaint is that I was charged 29.00 dollars for the return. I was very disappointed that the cart was smashed during shipping, and believe Fed X should be responsible for any charges. Thank you.

Not as easy as it looks
Set a 30 minutes to put it together. I worked on it for two hours trying to line up the screws to go in the holes where the wicker was going over the whole screw really hard but once you got it together very nice.

Ok for the money…
I was missing the hardware and they immediately mailed me the missing parts. The umbrella was super easy to assemble. Just a warning, the base provided does not hold up the umbrella when open. I bought umbrella weights on Amazon which solved the problem but cost me an additional expense I hadn’t planned on.
