Bilen var ny og alt fungerer. Det er let at komme i kontakt og da vi havde brug for fleksibilitet ift at ændre tidspunkt for aflevering fik vi det med et smil. Arctic er et lokalt firma som jeg kan anbefale.

Rented a car from Arctic for our holiday in Faroe Islands. It is very expensive to rent cars in the high season and Arctic had a good price for week long period. C class medium car (booked a Golf VI and got a Renault Captur which is similar) which was provided by Sixt at the airport. Everything worked smoothly and super nice car which was almost brand new.

Easy booking, pick up and delivery. Showed great flexibility in allowing late delivery due to delayed flight.

Vi havde en forlænget weekend på Færøerne og havde i den forbindelse lejet en bil af Arctic Rental Cars. Det var rigtig nemt at afhente nøglerne i deres selvbetjeningsstander og skulle endda afleverer dem samme sted. Da vores fly desværre var udskudt på grund af vejret, fik vi endda lov at beholde bilen lidt længere - virkelig god service.

Nemt, hurtigt og god service. God hjemmeside og både bestillings system, betaling og afhentning af bil er nemt og intuitivt. Hurtig til at tilbagebetale gebyr.

Great option to be able to charge tunnel via car rental. HOWEVER be aware that only two tunnel fees are covered when choosing this option with the rental - and that these are charged PER DAY.
If you only need to arrive at the Airport and not go to Vagar until you fly out - it's probably cheaper to per per passage, rather than to choose this option with the rental.

My family and I rented a car through Arctic over the Christmas holiday, and once again, the experience was flawless. Having used Arctic for our family holidays on three occasions now, we continue to be impressed by their service. From pick-up to the smooth return, everything was handled professionally. When we decided to extend the rental period, Arctic was super accommodating. Outstanding service paired with unbeatable prices - will definitely choose to book through these guys again.

Good process of picking up the car and dropping it off. All automated. We had last minute request to extend the contract and they did everything possible to suit our needs. Would definitely recommend using them for a car rental.

Excellent experience. I had a 5 week rental and needed to make a few changes to extended towards the end. All communication was very pleasant and changes were simple to make. Pickup and dropping off are both very easy processes to follow. I've rented from other companies in the Faroe Islands but will be returning to Arctic on all my future trips.

We rented for ten days with Arctic and it was very smooth. The vehicle we received, a Honda HRV, was perfect for navigating the narrow roads of the Faroes and in great condition. Pickup and drop off was easy.

Our flight on the last day was delayed at one point and Magni / the Arctic team were willing to accommodate us having the vehicle for longer that day at no additional cost.

Communication with Arctic was always quick! I have yet to receive details on the deposit / subtractions for the toll tunnels but I have no doubt it will be consistent with the excellent service I received so far.

Despited some start problem getting a key and a car and later a replacement. The handeling of the problem from the office in Thorshavn where fast and a reassuring and every turned of to the best for

We rented a car here during our 10 day trip to the faroen. Not only was everything really smooth and comfortable, but upon request they gave us 2 hours on the car for free. Would absolutely recommend to use their service and would absolutely take them again when coming back to the islands.
