I got very bad experience with them as they offered 10 years warranty on Solax inverter in 2020 and now in 2026 they are not keeping their words. Hard to trust them

The worst decision I made was dealing with Araise Solar.

If I had to describe my experience with Araise Solar in one sentence, I would call them an absolute money-wasting, stress-generating, unprofessional nightmare.

Do not be fooled by their polished sales pitch or cover-page presentation. In my experience, this company operates more like a middleman than a knowledgeable solar provider. The level of communication, product knowledge, organisation, and customer care I experienced was shockingly poor.

I first made my enquiry in February 2026. The installation was not completed until June 2026. That alone should tell you how painful and drawn-out the process was. What should have been an exciting home improvement project turned into months of chasing, confusion, delays, and unnecessary stress.

The most frustrating part is that I paid for an EV charger as part of the system, only to later find out they apparently did not even have the stock available. This was not properly communicated to me upfront. Instead, I was left to chase the matter myself. Now I have spent three weeks chasing a refund for something I paid for but did not receive.

The communication has been exhausting. The explanations were often unclear, difficult to understand, and left me feeling like I had to manage the entire process myself. As a customer, I expected professionalism, transparency, and basic accountability. Instead, I felt ignored, delayed, and constantly pushed around.

This company did not just waste my money — they wasted my time, my energy, and my peace of mind.

If you are considering Araise Solar, my honest advice is simple: do not do it. Save yourself the stress, the chasing, the disappointment, and the months of frustration. What should have been a straightforward solar installation became one of the most stressful service experiences I have ever had.

If you want to protect your sanity, your time, and possibly your lifespan, stay far away from Araise Solar.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. The installation contractor was good . The company lies and will tell you anything to get a deposit . I have never dealt with a more incompetent untrustworthy business. You will end up with extra charges and I highly recommend you use another company.

It was a slow start with a few communication problems but in the end the sales rep made every effort to resolve the issues and install is finally complete. But will need to get them back to fix the electricity panel that is not closing properly.

What should have been a straightforward solar installation turned into an absolute nightmare.

We were originally advised installation would take 5–6 weeks. It ended up taking 12 weeks from sale to completion, with constant delays and very little proactive communication. We were continually chasing updates ourselves, with almost no contact from the company.

The installation process itself was a shambles:

• Scheduled installation day – nobody showed up. We waited at home all day with two young children, only to receive a phone call at 7pm that night advising they weren't coming.

• Installation day #1 – the team removed our entire existing solar system, then realised they had forgotten to bring the new solar panels. We were left with no solar system on the roof and no clear explanation of whether the roof penetrations had been properly covered. We then had two days of rain while waiting.

• Two weeks later, the installers returned but again did not have all the required panels to complete the job (only half)

• Three days after that, they finally returned for a third installation visit and completed the system.

The entire experience felt disorganised from start to finish. Poor planning, poor communication, repeated delays and multiple incomplete installation visits left us with very little confidence in the operation.

Given the delays, repeated failed installation attempts, loss of solar generation for two weeks, and the significant inconvenience caused, I would have expected some form of compensation, discount, or goodwill gesture to acknowledge the impact on us as customers- instead we got some weird sales pitch flyer about accomodation in Thailand.

The system may now be installed, but the journey to get here was incredibly frustrating and not something I would recommend to others.

This company has to be the worst I have ever dealt with. The unprofessional manner in which they operate is beyond comprehension. It should be illegal what they are doing to the Australian people. From the support techs to the installation manager, you guys should be ashamed of your selves. Ripping off every day aussies. I will never recommend this company as long as I live.

Do not use this so called company. They said they did a nmi application for me. I rang essential and they said they hadnt had any. They said they had a conference with the installers i had no reply. I waited 6 months for solar and got nothing. What a waste of time. You cant speak to a manger if unhappy. Do not deliever what they say they offer.

Arise solar big on talk and even puts others down but they must be rated the worst and yet out Australian System allows it to function despite multiple complaints is an indictment against our politicians etc.
Arise Solar was given a bigger deposits as they promised start within the month but now 6 months down the track no panels and no battery as every time I phoned I got excuses upon excuses. They ran out of excuses and started to duck promising a call back but never do so . When others are phoned the statement the file is held by one person and that person never contactable.
What are our well paid bureaucratic doing each day- there are enough reasons to stop further trade and further abuse of our people by predators-our system acts as a fertiliser.

I recently had an interaction with sales representative Ryan Martin from Arise Solar that raises concerns for their professional conduct.

After being unable to immediately respond to a solicitation, I received a dismissive follow-up message, which was just a string of question marks. When I attempted to provide constructive feedback regarding this unprofessional approach, the representative responded with sarcasm and hostility.

I believe that respect and professional conduct are fundamental to a good customer experience, and based on this interaction, I would not feel comfortable engaging with this company for a significant investment like a solar installation.

I bought panels a year ago and the service was great, so when it came time to get a battery I decided to go with the same company. Unfortunately, it was a very different experience. Salesman was responsive and quick to reply but everything was terrible. Firstly I was told that the price was changing in 2 weeks due to rebate changes (this was common) I paid my deposit only to go on the website after that date the rebates were changing and see the same price I was offered still available. Then they mentioned if I got it installed straight away before end of month I would get an upgrade. I called the install team straight away to be told there is no way we can do it before the end of the month but we will call you early next week to work out an install date (1 month later nothing.
After the end of the month came and went i sent an email to support but no response, a week later i sent a follow up but no response. Several weeks later i still haven't heard from them so i sent a text to the sales person who was still trying to be helpful but i was told they tried to call me yesterday. i did have a missed call but they didn't leave a message. Very poor service
When i first enquired another company offered me an install date but their cost was slightly higher. if I had gone with it i probably would have saved the difference by now instead of still waiting for them to give me an install date and no upgrade but sadly i went with the company i had previously used. I would avoid arise in the future.

Signed up and paid initial deposit in May to make use of the rebates for Solar batteries. Now they are telling me that I cannot make use of the rebate and offering a lower battery option (indicating that the original quote had only accounted for the reduced set of batteries with a few batteries given free to make up for the rebate). Arise team never intended to honor the contract and to this day (i.e. over 55 days from contract date) has not committed to an installation date. Sales team are now ghosting me. These guys are scamming you. Please look elsewhere.

They are lied and tricked Customers. They changed the original quote without any explanation. Been waiting for long time but have not received the refund from them.

I wanted to get a solar and battery package before the end of lates months rebate ended. After speaking with a variety of providers, Arise promised me the package and price point I was satisfied with. On numerous occasions I was promised wholeheartedly if I agreed to go with Arise I would get this installed in time.
After weeks of chasing them via hours calls, website forms and emails I was ignored until after the rebate ended.
At no point was I told before the deadline that this would not be possible and was informed I would have my install date issued asap.
Now I have missed out on getting the rebated battery and they want to charge me thousands more for what was promised at the initial price.
Beyond disappointed that I trusted them, please don't make my mistake.

Wish i could give a lower score:
• Only interested in selling me the biggest battery to milking the government subsidy to benefit them
• Zero information on how to be utilise system, use of VPP. Asked and was told to look it up myself. No battery or inverter manual supplied
• Very keen to get paid but won’t offer support. Would assume non-existent if invoice paid.
• Battery not compatible with many VPP due to software issues.
• No information on Mac Trade services government rebate. found out later not eligible as battery too big. could have save at least $1500 with correct battery size and rebate
• No Certificate of compliance for electrical work (CCEW) and were not going to provide one. Had to ask for one 2 weeks after installation.
• Very pushy. Like dealing with an overseas call centre. Zero interest in listening or addressing concerns.
• Really poor after-sales support with no interest in helping just interested in getting paid. Multiple times have caught them out with blatant lies
• Have to ask for battery and inverter manuals. When you ask why they we ask these aren’t provided at installation there answer is why didn’t you ask for it
• Fine print on quote details 10 year inverter warranty conditional on servicing every 2 years by accredited installer again not something they tell you.
• Also inverters must be registered by the end user after installation for warranty. Again something they do not advise customers to do.
• On invoice they inflate the price to almost $20,000 before taking off $14,00 for Federal Battery Rebate. Very dubious claim of savings on real cost of installation

I signed a contract with Arise Solar in December 2025 for a solar + battery system after being advised in writing that the equipment was in stock and the installation would be completed within 4–6 weeks. It is now May 2026 and my system still has not been installed.
Since signing, the experience has been a masterclass in overpromising and underdelivering:

Endless delays well beyond the timeframe I was sold (4–6 weeks has become months).
Daily phone calls that go nowhere — same recycled excuses, same “we’ll call you back” promises, and then… nothing.
Emails ignored or left unanswered.
Once they had the deposit, the urgency vanished and I was left chasing basic updates for months.

This isn’t a minor scheduling issue — it’s a complete failure to deliver what was contracted and promised. The communication is the worst part: it feels like a customer is only valuable until payment is taken, after which you’re treated as an inconvenience rather than someone they owe a contracted service to.
What makes this even more frustrating is that my experience doesn’t appear to be unique. On major review sites, other customers also describe missed install dates, poor communication, and lengthy delays, including people who say they were assured installs would happen by specific deadlines and then nothing happened.
There’s also a public NSW licence register entry for Arise Solar Pty Ltd showing a compliance history, including penalty notices and tribunal/order history (publicly recorded). That’s not my opinion — it’s in the government register.
Bottom line: In my experience, Arise Solar oversell, underdeliver, and show no care once they’ve taken your money. If you value your time, sanity, and a company that actually follows through — spend the extra money and go with literally anyone else.

I strongly advise anyone considering Arise Solar to think twice. My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional.

From the outset, the customer service representative was overly pushy and spoke to me in a condescending manner. When I made it clear that I would not be proceeding with their services, the tone shifted from pushy to outright combative, which was completely unacceptable.

What’s worse is the ongoing harassment. Despite repeatedly requesting—multiple times—that they stop contacting me, I am still receiving calls, texts, and emails months later. This happens at least once a week. Blocking numbers is pointless, as they simply contact me from new ones.

This level of disregard for a customer’s clear wishes is invasive and deeply unprofessional. I should not have to continuously deal with unwanted contact after explicitly opting out.

Avoid this company if you value respectful communication and your privacy.

I am not happy with the solar panel installation work. The conduit is not running straight and looks messy. The workmanship is not professional and the finish is poor. The workers did not do a neat job or pay attention to detail. Overall, I am disappointed with the installation. Not recommended. Do not hire these installers.

Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. Following the inverter replacement, my solar system’s performance collapsed by over 90%, producing almost no usable energy during peak daylight hours. At times, it generates as little as 0.1 kW at midday—completely inexcusable for a 4.6 kW system. The system now relies heavily on grid power, defeating the entire purpose of installing solar and a battery.

Despite the installation, I continue to receive monthly grid charges with virtually no reduction, and there is no meaningful export or feed-in back to the grid. This clearly indicates the system is not functioning as intended.

This is not a minor issue or “tuning” problem—it is a fundamental installation or commissioning failure. The data shows PV voltage present but almost zero current, pointing to serious faults with connections, polarity, or configuration. These are basic checks that should have been completed before handover.

Even more concerning is the lack of accountability. These issues have remained unresolved since last September despite multiple emails and requests for support. Responses have been slow, dismissive, and ineffective, with no real action taken.

I strongly caution others—this has been a costly and frustrating failure.

Hey Vince. How about calling your so called customers back? Couldn’t get you off the phone until we paid our deposit. What a joke. These guys are so dishonest and we will be reporting them. Avoid at all costs

I was booked for installation on March 12. They didn’t show up, didn’t call, and I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them since.

When I signed up and every time I followed up, they kept assuring me it would **definitely** be installed by the end of the month so I could get the government battery rebate. Today I chased them again and they just shrugged it off with “sorry, no spaces left.”

What a complete joke. I turned down multiple other companies weeks ago that could have done it on time, but I trusted Arise Solar because of their repeated guarantees. Now the rebate is gone, I still have no solar system, and they’ve cost me thousands of dollars.

This company is completely unethical and screws over customers without any shame. Total liars. Do not go near them.
