Ashley Stewart Avis 

This used to be my favorite place to shop but I don't know who took over about a year ago or this year but the choices the fashion has changed I really cannot believe when I look at the options it's really Ashley stored the selections has went way downhill I can't believe believe it they have let the company go truly down and then their clearance sales they just put the price back up and then cut it in half so the clearance like it used to be on sale isn't the same whoever is running Ashley Stewart now I hope are looking at the reviews you guys have went down for the worse I've been a shopper Ashley Stewart for so many years I can't even count to include when I used to drive from Tampa to Orlando to go to the actual brick and mortar store which is not there any longer but this has to stop someone needs to come in and save Ashley Stewart or it's going to be compared to a Sears or JCPenney or Kmart real soon

Loved the clothing, but the braws always break down in a month or two tops. I mean they are only 30-40 bucks, but it is disheartening.

I'm currently trying to place an order and the promo code I have on this future discount card is not being applied, yet it states it's on in-store and (ONLINE). It also states that it applies to full price olus (ALL SALE ITEMS).

I purchased some items and they was delivered to me but I was out of town when they was delivered so I tried to exchange them cuz they do not fit me and they told I can't return them cuz it pass the 30 days I put the order in September 18 2023 like I told that does mean I received them on the 18th so they will not let me return some of the item

I placed an order with 13 items, but some how a portion of the order was not packaged with the other 10 items. When I called I was told that they could see that the weight of the package was off and if I did not receive the order by 3/3 to call back. A couple days later I called again and I was then told they would start an investigation into the lost portion of the order and then said if I had not received the order by the 14th then call back. Needless to say I never received the order and when I calle!

If I could give no STARS I would. I loved Ashley Stewart but I'm done with the company. My first clothing store credit card and it was an awful experience. I scheduled a payment and I received a confirmation number but that didn't matter to your customer service department. Because they couldn't see it in there database I was still charged a fee and I had already cancelled my card a month ago as well. The so called supervisor was extremely rude. I'm done with Ashley Stewart company I would be making any purchases in the future. There are too my plus size affordable company that are willing to work with there customer. I work for a Collection agency and we're always able to make arrangements for our customers. Ashley Stewart is not customer friendly!!!

Ashley Stewart has DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This reference is for the credit department. It's excellent when the reps are TAKING our money. But, they assume no accountability, respectability or regret when they are in error.

They restricted my GOOD STANDING account because I hadn't used my card in a while. However, I couldn't use the card because THEY neglected to issue us an 11 digit card. Once issued, there was ALWAYS an issue with their website (awful).

It is TACKY and unfair to penalize frequent, good standing, timely customers.

Shame on Ashley Stewart and Comenity Bank!

I placed an order online around 5:50am. I realized I needed to use a different payment method so around 7am I attempted to cancel the order. There was not an option to cancel my order so I had to send an email to inquire about it. I was told they don't do cancellations even though my order has not shipped yet. Then I was told by an associate and a supervisor that if I had called to cancel within 30 minutes, then it would have been cancelled. I asked was that policy communicated online and I was told no because Ashley Stewart doesn't cancel orders. I have never heard of a business that does not allow a customer to cancel an order. This is the highest form of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been ordering from them and shopping at their store for years but I think I may find another place to shop.

Ashley Stewart has changed their quality of clothes. They run small now. I am a size 16 and I have to buy a size 22/24 on line.

Ashley Stewart customer service are very ill-bred rude unprofessional sad stupid uncaring people there are. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General and got my money back. These scammers/fraudulently people didn't want to give me my money back for items I tried to return and wouldn't send me a return label. How you like me now, Ashley Srewart! Lmao

I bought a purse and in two months the straps look like I had the purse for years. I have also bought jewelry like earrings and necklaces and they last a few months. Email customer service and they said I was pass the return date. They would give me a 10 discount on my next purchase. This was a $70.00 purse. I am glad I didn’t pay the regular price. Very disappointed.

I ordered some bras from Ashley Stewart and I wear them one time and they start coming apart I just ordered the bra I have on now and the wire is coming out the bra. I dont have money like that to waste and frankly I m sick of them selling this trash. I want my money or some decent bras that actually worth all the mpney I spend on bras

Worst customer service from a supervisor name Sharonda she was rude and short tembered and got real load on me I had to ask her to please calm down

This place has become horrible. I placed an order of 9 items. I didn't realise that my address did a automatic change until after I pushed it through. I called sat on the phone waiting for 1 hour 15 minutes for them to tell me I was told I couldn't make any changes to the wrong address to the correct one. 3 days later I get an email that said shipped but less 5 of my items which were all of the items that were on sale and still no cancellation because "YOU" can't make any changes. She says because it shipped which is not true. The shipping label had been made but the post office had not received the package. I prefer to take that small hit on my credit to close my account with this company 3 strikes I'm out.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE everything I purchase but the bra and panties does it for me I have never had so many different colors and styles! When I put them on ohhhhhhhhh the joy I feel is overwhelming! It feels good to be able to choose and to have intimates that match my attire everyday feels special. The panties are exquisite because there is no sagging anywhereeeeeeeeee. The bra really makes the clothes I wear look so much better. I'm even in love with the way they pack it and ship it! So I feel like I definitely get my money's worth! I highly recommend to every woman that they purchase from you all. Writing this almost made me cry because I just opened up the rest of my intimates and I am so pleased. I have never returned anything that I've purchased and I know that I never will and I'm trying to be the first customer in history that doesn't return anything to this company

I came across AS on FB. Saw a camo skirt with a turtle neck sweater and fell in love. Bought the outfit immediately after seeing the ad. Since then, I've bought approximately a dozen full outfits. Everything from skirts, tops, dresses, rompers, suits, dusters. Prices to me are very reasonable. Im always finding coupon codes or they are running sales. The quality of everything Ive gotten to date has been outstanding. Everything fits great and is true to size. I am completely willing to pay full price for their stuff but I think Ive bought everything at 30-50% off. I get compliments EVERY time I wear AS clothes. The one thing I cannot speak on, which may explain bad reviews, is the customer service. I haven't had any issues so I have no idea if customer service is good or bad or what their return policy is. Hopefully I never have to find out. All of my orders have come fast. Been correct and fit perfect and were of excellent quality. My only complaint is a bunch of stuff has sold out before I could buy it but that's on me. I became a customer in 2019 and AS has remained in my top 3 stores

I love Ashley StewArt clothing. I hope they get regular slacks and jeans back. No more holed jeans. The clothes feel great and sizes are awesome. Sales have been real good lately too. Prices can be a bit extreme sometimes. I love the fact that they are affiliated with AfterPay.

The clothes are cute for the most part, the sizing is a 9 outta 10. Some things run smaller(not always). My issues is their product management, I will order items and never get it. After a few days of looking for the mailman and my order never coming, I will call customer service just to find out the item(s) was sold out, so my money was refunded and I never even knew because I didn’t take the time to check my email (who checks there emails every goddamn day). My question is, why not take the item down once the last one is sold?! The shipping price is another issue, even if I spend a buck it’s 8 dolla shipping. Ashley Stewart needs to sh!t or get off the pot!!! Y’all really need to do better. Let’s not talk about the “diva dollars” those should already be loaded for your next purchase, but no!! You got be on the look👀out for a got damn code in your email which is a whole other set up! I want to speak to your supervisor!

Ashley Stewart is not what it used to be. After opening my denim dress order I smelled a weird chemical odor. I decided to let the dress hang out in the open to release the odor only to discover the odor is still there after 2 days. In addition to, the material is not even denim. I couldn't even leave a review on their website warning other shoppers. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before ordering. I don't know what happened to Ashley Stewart but they have fell of the wagon big time. I will be returning everything back.

The worst customer service....and subpar products. I do t know why I ever ordered a second time from this place, only to be disappointed yet again. The shipping is never free even if your order is $500. And to return an item ist $8, even if the mistake was theirs. Worst company ever!
