My name is Kim . Sunday 3/31 I placed my 1st order with Ashley Stewart due to your denim sequin ad pop up on my Facebook page. Im a size 12 , and I saw the sequin Jean's was available in a size 32. I was under the impression 32 was waist size.. I paid 8.95 to have these jeans shipped and I'm being told it will be an additional $8-10 to return which is $16 in shipping. I'm requesting a $10 credit towards my my purchase. I'm requesting for a Corp executive reach out to me and assistant with my issue.

I recently shopped in Philadelphia at store#107 , your employee Damiqua Savage assisted me in a bra fitting and picking out some clothes she was so patient and kind an exceptional employee. I came back again she helped me once again she is wonderful and so are the other employees , thank you Karen T Roberson!!

The customer service is BAD. Returned item with their return label. They claimed they never received it. No one I talked to could help me without the tracking number. They claimed they had no record of the tracking number that THEY sent me. I never got the credit for two items.So I decided to give them another try. BIG mistake. Returned Item. Order total was 37.40 got refunded 20.31. I will never do business with them again. Their website has pretty clothes, but the quality and service is awful. Seems to be a Scam.

I placed orders online. They failed to process my order for more than 2 weeks until I threatened to cancel. I placed a 2nd smaller order on 12/31 yo find my money collected but my order still not processed3 days later its still not shown on their site. They have the worst online services that I have ever used. I would be sad to fail because inside processing can not keep up.

Had a vacation to go on. My order was late and wasnt gone to receive it before my trip. I called and tried to cancel but couldnt. They made it possible i received it in time with no extra charge. Thanks for saving my trip!

Ordered my holiday dress on December 1, but Ashley Stewart is so unprofessional and will not deliver on time. 3-4 weeks delivery is unacceptable

Clothes are NOT of good quality any longer. Cheap material. I purchased over $360 worth of business and casual attire. Sweater ripped already. Skirt lining ripped. Jacket shrunk after 1st wash. Very disappointed and will NOT shop with Ashley Stewart again. New OWNERSHIP SUCKS‼️

I can't say I have ever had any problems with customer service. I usually order by phone and they are extremely helpful. I love the fact that girls of a certain size can buy such sexy clothes.




Their sizing is all over the place. Their tees were comfy at a size 30. I ordered jeans in the same size but they fell down when i walked. I ordered a top that appeared and was advertised as a Jean top but when i got it the top seemed to be made of hospital gown material. I ordered the striped gold peplum 2 sizes bigger and it was too small. I returned it using their return label and after i paid 33$they refunded me 20$.....i bought a bunch at one time and half of the stuff was decent. Their clothes are cute but beware ,allot of their tops are cheap and thin as all get out and order your pants a size or two smaller. Its agitating that they don't have reviews on their site so i could see when things were true to size or not but by not doing that they get ppl to buy products they wouldn't have.....

Today was the first day I ever went into an Ashley Stewart, the young lady SHUNTRAIL was just amazing, extremely helpful and very professional. The store is on Lamarr Avenue in Memphis Tennessee it had an abundance of selection and the sales were amazing. Thank you again for all of your help and I am looking forward And visiting your store again next time I’m in town.

ported that my order below was not received in the EMPTY BAG that was delivered to my address, which is the address of the USPS. The post carrier confirmed that the bag was unsealed when it left the company. I got case number 115-955-15 from the Ashley Stewart rep that I spoke with. She advised me that only $32.00 would be returned to my credit card. After informing her that I paid $42.14 she asked for the 3 digit # on the back of my card to return the entire amount in 3-5 business days. She proceeded to ask if there was anything else I wanted because the dress was not available in the size I ordered. I let her know that I would be reporting this SCAM of sending an empty envelope to the BBB- she was quite smug in stating okay. The USPS has taken the liberty to help me with this process

Ok, so Ashley Stewart use to put that an item was an online exclusive ( meaning you can’t return it at the store only back to the warehouse) at the top of the page where you could see it. Now they are putting it at the bottom of the page in the fine print where you can’t see it. And here is the worst part THEY ARE CHARGING YOU $8.95 TO RESTOCK THE ITEM!!!!

They just lost a customer and I hope many more to come!!!!!

I am so disappointed with Ashley Stewart right now...
Try to purchase two tops online they never had my size so I went to my local store only to b told they do not honour the 40% online.....what??? Ashley need to do price match or something when they have promotions like these to appease their customer.....(other stores does) highly disappointed.....plus when I called online store they didnt even try to do something about it.... not a happy camper

The online service is aweful, I am done with them. I attempted to order my dress using my AS card, constant error message. Called customer service to place order, was told their system failed, kicking out customers credit card information. Ok, placed the order with the representative over the phone, received an email from AS confirmed my order placed. Fast forward, about a week later, no dress, called to check on my order, nothing, the system failed over 11 times, order not even processed, no call to me as a customer, dress sold out. Customer Service Representative said to call local stores knowing this item is no longer available, I am done.

I HAVE SHOP AT ASHLEY STEWART MANY TIMES...I DECIDED TO ORDER ONLINE DUE TO THE FACT THEY KEEP SENDING ME THESE MESSAGES FOR SALES. SO I ORDERED AND WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT...NEVER AGAIN!! I ORDER 4 DRESSES AND I SET WAS TO SMALL AND THE OTHER 2 WERE TO BIG. BUT GUESS WHAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO RETURN THEM A DAY LATER (ONE DAY). NOT EVEN AN EXCHANGE! THE POLICY SAYS, IF ITS A FINAL SALE OR CLEARANCE NO RETURN. BUT WAIT A MINUTE....YOU CAN IF YOU HAD PURCHASE IT IN THE STORE..HMMM. SAD! HOW ARE YOU ABLE TO RETURN FINAL SALES TO THE STORE, BUT NOT ONLINE. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH OTHER STORES (RETURNS) . ASHLEY STEWART CLOTHES ARE TO EXPENSIVE TO NOT RETURN/EXCHANGE..SO YES MY MONEY IS WASTED, UNLESS I FIND SOMEONE TO BUY THEM FROM ME....LESSON LEARN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM ASHLEY STEWART.
P.S. FOR YOUR CLOTHES TO FLUCTUATE BETWEEN SIZES YOUR POLICY SUCKS

I love this store because they carry clothing for plus size woman that are so sexy. You can't go into this store or website and buy just one thing. There is to much to choose from! I love them!!

I read the other reviews and concur on there bad online customer service! I placed an order on Saturday and it appeared it went through as I received a email order confirmation. On Tuesday I received an email that said it was not received and I would have to place another order. The tone of email was very nonchalant and uncaring. By the time I placed I reordered merchandise had sold out!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will be looking for another online store to shop (TORRID).

Great plus size store quality is so good

I will never order again. I ordered a red coat and it was full of black spot, molded. I called and the lady asked me if I read the policy on ordering clearance items. No refund.
