Had a great meal and evening last week in Stamford. Katarina was lovely, funny and made my birthday meal relaxed and awesome. Food was great, especially the desserts. Would recommend!

I think this was a great experience and i really enjoyed the food. Shoutout to our waitress Lauren who was amazing!!!😁

We ordered the mushroom risotto and the rice was hard rock, tasteless and on top of that, we find a metal piece stuck on my teeth. Reported to the staff, they say “sorry” and took it off the bill, thinking that is the end of it. Without making aware the manager, if there was any, and without investigating the issue and let us know what or where this metal end up on our plate. Totally unacceptable and looking forward from the authorities feedback. Never go there again and anyone else reading this, shouldn’t go there either.

It is way to cold for children my 12 week old got so cold yesterday we had to take him to hospital to get checked over and he was screaming for two hours. Turn that air con off even the adults were freezing! Food and service were oaky

The whole 4stars are for the service, not so much the food. We were all tired so wouldn’t be fair to critic the food though it wouldn’t bring us back. The service however was wonderful. Lee at the Durham outlet is outstanding. So much so that if I win the EuroMillions tonight, he’s mine. He is a gem and worth his weight in gold. Staff like Lee are what bring customers back even if the food isn’t what it could be.

I’ve upped my rating since eating her the last three times, one thing that helps is the blue light card 30% off that does take on averages about 20.00 off the bill. Of 2 mains 2 starters one drink each and a side. Can be expensive but the food quality is nice restaurant is nice and bright and airy, tables bit wobbly staff can be a bit on their own I would say rather than slow.
Better experience recently. The sharing platter was amazing and good value for money.

Had a lovely lunch at Horsham, Oskana was a lovely server and was polite and helpful

We arrived an hour early for our booked table. Apologised, but was met with a very warm welcome by our server Jessie. On explaining I had an anchovy allergy, they promptly gave me their food intolerance information book. Unfortunately I was unable to have the pasta carbonara, or chips, as these were both items where their ingredients were produced in the same factory where fish had also been processed. It was very disappointing not to be able to have these items, and Jessie apologised profusely several time, then checked thoroughly the items I did order. Couldn't have been more attentive and checked we were enjoying our food once received everything. My husband had the king prawn al forno starter, followed by the luganica sausage and 'nduja frilly tagliatelle, which he said were both delicious. We were informed of the Ask Perks App, which we downloaded to receive discounts, and Jessie even took money off our bill and apologised for the inconvenience regarding the menu. Honestly, I'd rather know about 'issues' than eating something which I'm allergic to, so a big thank you to Jessie for taking the time and having patience whilst I tried to decide what to eat! Jessie explained everything in detail, was professional, friendly and very personable. Thank you once again. We look forward to returning to the Faversham Ask Italian.

We have always had excellent service in the ASK restaurants in our area ie GLOUCESTER Quays and MALVERN.

Yesterday we met college friends for the first time in years at the ASK in George Street, Oxford.

I have an intolerance to alliums and capsicums. This includes garlic. We were provided with a list. The person who took our order refused to go and check if the mushrooms had been marinated. She said probably… then, when I asked her again, she was abrupt and asked if I wanted the pizza or not. As we were with friends, I ordered the basic pizza rather than leaving. It was the only choice on their menu I could safely eat.

We will not return to this restaurant again. The restaurant was not busy even though Oxford was very busy. Perhaps this is why. When we ordered our food, the other tables all had their meals. Her default position was to be with her back to the room. Perhaps this is why there were so few customers.

Forgot food, didn't acknowledge us when we walked in or ordered foot came after an hour and and starters took 30 minutes . Drinks where watered down and service was terrible

Ask Horsham 15-4-25. Seabass Alforno. Tiniest fillet of fish hidden under a pile of spinach. The pot of "white wine sauce" looked a gloopy mess and tasted like dish water. Not nice at all...

Staff was rude the second we got in there , when we ordered food it came an hour later , when the food FINALLY came it was either burnt or cold , there was a hair in my carbronana , and chips came 30 minuets after that , when I asked for the bill he was rude and ignorant then we had to wait another hour for the bill to come just to find out they got it wrong and wanted us to pay an extra £60 when we refused they left our table saying they would sourt it out but then returned an hour and a half later , we just wanted to go for a nice meal for our friends birthday but this restaurant really ruined it and disappointed us with the rude staff and making us pay extra money then what we ordered , would NOT come back to these ignorant people who obviously don’t know how to do theyre job .

Ask Italian Castleford. I had the worst calzone pizza I’ve ever had. A blob of filling in the middle…. Nothing at the edges. The pizza dough was gooey and under cooked…. The product was small…. And it was relatively expensive. This was our first and last visit to an Ask Italian…. Appalling quality of food!! DO NOT VISIT!!!

The food is fantastic, portions really good size and they even changed items available to accommodate food intolerance which was really good

This was our 2nd visit to this restaurant and it was better than we remembered

A family 60th birthday celebration meal at ASK in Merry Hill. Seventeen of us and we were all attended to, throughout the meal, by a very attentive young Lady, Bobbie. If she isn't senior management already, she should be. Bobbie could not do enough for us. Prompt, efficient, caring service, going the extra mile to explain things and be very patient during our order. Clearing the table of empty glasses and asking if anybody wanted a refill in a very timely manner. All meals were delivered to the table in perfect timing, all by Bobbie and all meals went down very well indeed. Bobbie is a credit not only to ASK but her profession as a whole, a lot of staff in eating establishments could do with taking a leaf out of her book, she was just exceptional. Thank you Bobbie.

Me and daughter went to AskItalian in Worcester. I am vegetarian so ordered the vegetarian risotto. It came with chicken in, so it was taken back to the kitchen to bring me a new one. Two minutes later it came out, mid eating it I found a piece of chicken, from further inspection I could see the chef had picked out the main chicken bits. The waitress was lovely and very apologetic, she couldn’t have been any nicer. It is a shame the chef has let the whole place down. I was told it’s the second time the chef has done this, it’s very concerning, and could be fatal if someone had allergies. I feel disgusted this has happened and I feel people should be aware of this

We Went to ask italian warrington and ordered cheese and garlic bread which was lovely an soft could do with a dip though but also ordered pesto an cheese bites which was gorgeous came with a creamy garlic dip which was spot on also used same dip for cheese garlic bread goof portions an got a shot of crafted lemonade when first sat down by the lovely lad serving us we really enjoyed it so order the lemon one and the raspberry both was gorgeous highly recommend to try also ordered the mushroom ragu pasta which is literally the best meal I have ever had in my life great potion hot when served good amount mushrooms an lots of pasta highly recommend if you like pasta meals lovely atmosphere an wasn't to busy when we went Thursday night around 7pm booked table online an was nice an warm in restaurant staff was lovely an helping polite and didn't bother us at all as if all was well when finished will definitely be going again

My experience was horrible. The staff were really mean to customers around me and the food was very low quality, would not recommend!

I dined at Ask Italian in Eldon Square on 5 February 2025. I ordered the Fettuccine Bolognese. The dish was obvious not cooked to order as it came within less than 5 minutes of me ordering. The pasta has clearly been chopped or broken during its preparation as there were several strips of fettuccine that were less than an inch in length. There were also several pieces of pasta congealed together. There were 4 pieces of pasta congealed together in one instance. Furthermore, the pasta was cold and the presentation poor. I was served a glass of Prosecco in a glass that had lip marks on it, and was also dirty on the base.

I also ordered a "flat white bailey's martini" which usually contains coffee liqueur. I appreciate that this may have been out of stock on this particularly occasion. However, it was replaced with more vodka, which made the cocktail far too strong. I also ordered a garden mint tea which had far too few mint leaves for a teapot of the size ASK Italian uses.

The service was very good, especially for a chain. The branch seemed to running on just enough staff members on Wednesday.

I look forward to hearing how ASK Italian's management may resolve my experience from Wednesday and restore my faith in the chain.
