The communication from Auger was excellent. They kept us informed on progress by phone, text and email. A detailed report required to repair our sewer pipe was created by them in less than 2 days and a repair date arranged - although when they had a late minute cancellation we were offered a new date 2 weeks earlier. The repair was carried out without even digging up the garden. Received a 10 year warranty for the work. Highly recommend this very efficient and professional company.

Two lads came to repair a botched drain job (done by another company). Excellent and nice people. Job was done in half a day with no fuss and great workmanship. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you to Jody and the other staff

The company was employed by my insurers to locate and repair a long standing exterior water leak. Auger's engineer quickly located the site of the problem, carried out the repair and reinstated the area to my satisfaction

After a very stressful issue with drains Auger were employed by our insurance company to undertake exploratory work and subsequently repairs. I literally couldn't fault them. Their contractors were brilliant and so friendly and helpful. The drains were repaired and the engineer showed us images and kept us updated. The subsequent repairs to internal plaster wall was amazing as was the repair to our printed concrete patio. Absolutely brilliant 👏

An engineer was sent by Auger through my insurance company. Augers engineer arrived proptly, he introduced himself and he gave us informed information about the job he would carry out and what would happen after. He was a star by finding a leak in the property, reporting it to his office and also explained about a fault on the water meter to united utilities on the phone. Thank you Auger.

Auger where very professional clean and tidy and made an excellent job. It was as if they’ve never been there when they’d finished all you could ask for.

Superb service from Connor and so helpful. His attention to detail was excellent. He checked all of our drains and sewer pipes and explained as to where they all connect to the system. He identified any potential future problems but no blockage. Many many thanks Connor you are a superstar. I would definitely recommend Auger to anyone with drain problems.

Contacted Auger few weeks ago after speaking to LV insurance. Elderly neighbours had serious problem with their sewerage drainage.
Initial response cleared the blockage but further remedial work was needed.
Jodie from Customer services was excellent with information and updates. Christopher, drainage engineer attended property yesterday and was amazing. He worked so hard and left the property cleaner than before his visit. Jodie telephoned today to check that that everything was done well and also.said that a 10 year warranty would be sent out in the post . Excellent service. Thank you
