Any discussions on work and payments were held only with me, as requested.
Would be happy to use them again at my house if needed and to recommend them.

With an’invisible’ water leak that Dwr Cwmru couldn’t find …Auger managed to trace and fix it. It all took a long time and two visits, but they needed the indoor area cleared to fix it. But all worked out well and the leak was found, fixed & the area returned to normal.
Now to replace everything moved out of the way! If only you had a service for that you would get more than 5 stars.😁
Their operatives were helpful and very nice and efficient. I was happy with them in the house. So much so that I requested the same people to return to do all the work.
Excellent. Now to hope there will be no further leaks!!!.

Very satisfied with their service, both the investigation by Will and the execution by Tyi, Shan and Baiz (?). Especially given the difficulty of the job, including digging trenches in concrete, mouling, and indoors pipework.
They were hardworking, respectful with both us and our neighbours, and professional. To highlight, we appreciated: (1) the information they provided us with about the whole process, from the initial inspection to the completion of the work; (2) putting the needs of the client as a priority, doing extra hours during the weekend to fix the leak.
The only downside we could say is that Auger seems to be in high demand of service, so booking the appointments took longer than we anticipated.
All in all, the problem was fixed. Thanks!

It was a complex situation, and I must give credit to Auger in particular Tom Who took over the claim for sorting everything out it took six months, but once Tom started dealing with matters things started moving in the correct direction so I’m really grateful for him and also the engineer that came. Billy did a fantastic job and he’s an absolute credit to the company !

The fantastic and professional staff they employ, who don’t stop for a minute and get the job done really quickly even when its a really difficult site and job to sort out. Would definitely recommend them 100 per cent. Fantastic company who check in with a phone-calls to make certain everything is going to the customers satisfaction, and that they have no complaints or problems which we certainly did not. Great company and staff.

From the initial contact with the staff at the Auger office, to the completion of our replacement main water pipe, everything was handled professionally.
The office staff were always clear and polite, we were kept informed of the days, timescale and engineers due to attend our property.
The team that carried out the work were absolutely brilliant, hard working, skilful and very knowledgeable,we knew we were in the right hands. We are no longer losing and wasting countless litres of water, we will recommend Auger above all others.

Totally professional staff, dealt with the replacement of my water main service pipe via my insurance. Kept updated throughout the process, dealt with County Council, completed the work to a high standard without issue. You wouldn't even know they have been.
Thank you to the Office staff in Liverpool and our Engineers, great people to deal with.

I had a letter from Thames Water indicating I had a leak, they sent out an operative who confirmed the same but as the flow was too small it was my problem but needed sorting in 6 weeks. Contacted my insurers NFU who said they would get their recommended investigation team to help. Within 10 minutes they had called, talked through the issue, with 48 hours the team were booked to investigate. They arrived in the timescale agreed, confirmed I did not have a leak but a faulty meter & within 3 hours of their operative visiting I had a report to submit to Thames Water, now I have to wait for them to replace the meter. I can guarantee they won't be as efficient

Avoid if possible. They visited my place twice. D see spending 4-6 hrs per visits, digging 2 trenches to locate my pipe but not the leak. To be fair they did make good the trenches they dug. Initially they were instructed via my insurance company. When my insurance company chose not to honour the claim. Auger refused to quote me privately for the job, either suggesting they didn’t want it or were unable to carry it out, they would clarify which when asked. Unfortunately it has wasted 2 months of my time and I am no closer to having the leak fixed.

The two guy that was doing the repair job at the house were very good and professional at there job , they did outstanding job and left the area just how it was at the start, they fitted a new inspection man hole cover and it blended in the shrub are just fine . The two guys were from the west coast of scotland top blokes.
